The number 1 place to eat in Yerevan is in the center.
Every lunch is here. Inexpensive, fast, unrealistically delicious, the dishes are such that I have not seen in restaurants (whitefish or trout on the grill, aveluk on the side).
Restaurants are like ugh, it's grandma's homemade food, who's interested in it?
But, however, it is interesting. For me and for many visitors, this is not homemade, very tasty, national food.
Not for nothing, all the tables are packed, there is still a place to look.
Coffee and pastries baked right in front of your eyes are awesome.
The only toilet is one, you can't wait for so many people.

It's just unpleasant when they cheat, tell me honestly that yes on the water and I'll just take something else.

To put it bluntly, the food is so-so. Don't expect culinary delights here. A lot of meat is over-salted, layered khachapuri is generally terrible, there is some kind of loose and salty cheese inside. They did not understand the enthusiasm in the reviews. We do not recommend it.
