I made the order in May and paid immediately. I received a reply that part of the order would arrive "after the weekend", then "on the 20th", then "at the end of the month", then "at the beginning of the next"... As a result, they were "fed breakfast" for three months. She asked to send the goods that are in stock, and return the money for the rest - "yes, your order has been transferred to the logistics service" and silence. Then I asked for a full refund - "tomorrow we will send you the number of the new mail declaration" - and I did not wait for anything. They returned the money only after I threatened to sue. More than three months have passed from the moment of payment of the order to the moment of refund. I don't recommend this store to anyone.
