We liked it. The hotel has five rooms . Kitchen, laundry room, everything is quite decent. In the evening there is an opportunity for communication in the lobby. A company of three families, very convenient. The location is excellent. The car was parked in the courtyard. Hosts 5+

A great family hotel, everything is clean and stylishly decorated. The hostess prepares delicious breakfasts herself. Hospitality, coziness, comfort. Of the cons, very poor sound insulation in the rooms, everything is audible. It's a little far from all the tourist spots, in the old area, but it's quiet.

A very cozy mini-hotel, the location is excellent - 5 minutes to the metro. Nearby you can buy fresh fruits, vegetables, cheese, khachapuri.
The hotel has breakfast, delicious, fresh food, always remained well-fed.
You can use the kitchen, all necessary utensils are available. It's convenient.
Of the disadvantages, only very high humidity in the bathroom, ventilation could not cope.
In general, the price-quality ratio, I recommend it!

We rented on another site, but realizing that we would not stay, the "hospitable" host canceled the reservation, and therefore did not leave a review there.
When hosting guests in winter, people did not even bother to heat the apartment in advance. Heating is only two electric heaters, which, of course, cannot cope with a three-room hut.
Arriving at night, we found ourselves in a squalid kennel (located next to their hotel), in which the temperature was 12-13 degrees, slightly higher than outside. We slept under blankets, in pants and sweaters, but we couldn't keep warm. For such a "wonderful" sleep from three in the morning to eight in the morning, 80% of the daily price was charged from us.
The apartment itself is terrible. An old shabby hut, with worn, swollen floors, peeling wallpaper, dirty doors, in which they bought a little new furniture. And behind the windows of this apartment is an inner courtyard, where all the old junk from the hut is piled right under the windows.
I don't know WHAT they have in the hotel, but it's even a shame to show people this shame.

Rather than a hotel, but an apartment for rent. The apartment is spacious, centrally located, convenient location. But, the entrance to the house is a horror, there is no light, I had to shine a phone, all the windows on the stairs are broken, there is a mountain of syringes on the windowsill. There is a very sharp contrast between the entrance and the apartment. And there is no tea or coffee, we bought everything ourselves, toilet paper hung on a small roll, we also bought it. In general, the service is not up to par, but the price is sky-high!

Normal. They don't really understand Russian, but it's generally in Tbilisi, more and more every year. The area is a bit like a slum, everything is decent and clean inside. The mattress is kind. The bed and the towels are white. ))) In general, it is generally the norm.
