We stayed on arrival in Tashkent for 3 nights and on the way back for 2 nights after traveling in Uzbekistan. Beautiful interior, everything is in the room, the hallway is very beautiful, the breakfasts are excellent - buffet. It was not possible to swim in the pool - it was cleaned for several days. There is an ironing board on the floor. The girl's husband had his trousers washed, dried and ironed and brought in 2 hours later! We really liked the hotel, if we ever arrive again, we will stay again.

Quite a good hotel, the standard room is small. There are all the accessories in the bathroom. The only drawback was that the windows faced the road and it was very noisy. An additional floor was opened with a new renovation and good rooms. This time they asked for a room with windows to the courtyard. One of the advantages is a convenient location, everything is nearby, you definitely won't lose here, a car, a bus, a subway - everything will be side by side and comfortable to move. The staff is also a plus here, they try their best, but it is clear that it is hard for them to try when there is almost no hope… For this, we give you 1 star. But let's move on:
We booked 2 rooms at the Booking, both standard, breakfast included. Immediately upon check-in in one of the rooms, the wonderful smell of sewage with an admixture of perfume hit the nose, we went to the reception to ask for another one. It was given on the same side, but the smell has not changed. We went back to the reception, here again we remember the wonderful staff of the hotel - they gave us a suite, because there were no more rooms, we spent 2 nights there (room 12). It is very difficult to call a suite a suite, imagine there is a cubicle in the corner of the room that does not close well, but there is a toilet and shower) for a couple without children, the option is very good, the walls are glass with black blocks, that is, you will see each other's activities, but with intrigue) the ideal option is to get to know each other in all its manifestations. On the third night, we were moved - but to a room where we watched TV with our neighbors and for some reason they chose programs not to our liking, I think because they watched it in their room, but it was heard like in a good family circle Alone at Home for the New Year. Here the room was replaced again (we remember about the staff, who are just great) and then the stars came together, both families in their rooms and in normal conditions, it would seem - live, rejoice, enjoy Tashkent, but we remember that the path is thorny and we start according to the points that we are waiting for at the hotel:
1. They will clean up every day, but then as Feng Shui turns the wall, we will take the towel and not give new ones, then we will just make the bed and move on
2. Breakfast. Let's immediately remember Turkey in the super season in a very popular hotel - we will wait, we will really hope that we will have enough normal food and coffee from a common pot, coffee from a coffee machine will be bought for money downstairs, next to the hotel, then be kind, enjoy the common container
3. If you really like to communicate with the hotel staff in every detail, then you are here. There are two of you in the room, but a towel, a brush and soap accessories for one - well, be able to share, not everything is butter for the cat. If you don't know how to share, put your feet in your hands and at the reception, ask for more
4. The cleaners of the hotel do not care about your personal life at all, they called the room, people sleep there and do not open and ask to leave, they say they can make the bed themselves, so they need to go in so that the cleaner is personally told where to go next
5. Movement is life, we will walk around the hotel for a long time, because the corridors are long, and the elevator is a luxury, which is one floor

I liked the hotel. Clean, cozy. The guys at the reception are friendly. The room is conscientiously cleaned every day. A decent breakfast, delicious and quite varied. Downstairs there is a sauna and a swimming pool (the children were very pleased), for an additional fee. They can also arrange an excursion for an additional fee, for example to Samarkand (special thanks to Sardor for organizing a trip to the mountains - if possible, be sure to go!). There is a market across the street. Of the disadvantages, it is far from the metro, although there are public transport stops nearby (but we did not use it).

In general, a normal hotel for a couple, three days.The breakfasts are good, the rooms are comfortable enough, the room has a refrigerator, a large wardrobe, I did not have enough mirrors, there is a kettle and tea accessories. 2 bottles of water, cleaned for 3 cu, but if something is missing, they will inform and fix it. There is a TV. The bathroom has hygiene supplies (toothbrushes, toothpaste, gel, shampoo and soap). The staff is friendly. On the 4th floor, there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom. It's just terrible.
1. At first, we were moved into a room with no windows. There was simply nothing to breathe in the room. A pleasant smell mixed with the smell of cleaning chemicals.
2. We were moved to another room.
- I asked to bring a second blanket - instead of a blanket, they brought a mattress pad first. On the second attempt, they brought a separate blanket, a separate duvet cover.
In the new room, there were 2 holes in the TV area between ours and the next room, covered with ordinary napkins. The neighbors are watching TV, but we hear everything as if we are watching it ourselves.
The sound insulation in general is terrible.

The rooms are not cleaned, from words in general, girls in purple clothes are like maids - they just sit in the room all day and laugh. Furniture and repairs have survived. Most importantly, the smells are impossible. The suite has a transparent toilet, just right for children. At breakfast there are unfrozen products from a week ago. There were sour cottage cheese and compote several times! The Internet works for at most two hours a day, and they constantly make excuses. Do not book, this is written by a person who has felt everything himself, and not another twisted review and avoid this place! The pool doesn't actually work - it's just a divorce!

Although the reservation was made on Booking with Early check-in and Late check-out, it did not appear in the hotel system with these conditions!
They asked to cancel the booking on Booking and pay for a new one on the spot.
Suite:

- They didn't even bring a pillow and a sheet to the child.

The duvet cover was changed for us by the three of us:
2 maids + an assistant guy who came from the reception about a non-working TV.
So, a clean duvet cover was spread on the FLOOR, which was not vacuumed for some reason before our check-in.
The duvet cover began to be somehow awkwardly pulled over the blanket.
Then they put it on the bed and smoothed it down.
The bathroom is interesting:
- there is a glass-enclosed shower room in the room, which for some reason did not close the door normally.
- when the light in the shower was turned on, the ventilation was screaming, which could probably be heard on the street.
- the heated towel rail was dripping in the shower.
- the shower room itself was dirty, inside (in the corners) there were rusty iron structures.
Other features:
- There was no drinking water at check-in!
- For some reason, the slippers were not found..
In the "suite" there was a wardrobe with a shelf that barely held up.
The doors of the room are double-leafed, opposite the maid's pantry, there is constant movement at night, and a huge gap through which light from the common corridor makes its way.
The facilities are intelligent:

Be careful when booking so as not to run into such a "suite". The corridor system is a separate song: to go up to the 3rd floor to your room, you need to take the elevator to the 4th floor, walk along a long corridor, and then take another elevator down to the 3rd floor. If, God forbid, there is a fire, no one will find a way out in this wonderful hotel in a panic! There were no towels in the room upon check-in, they asked to bring them twice - silence twice. Compassionate neighbors at the hotel recommended going to the laundry and taking it yourself. Well, the final cherry was the day of departure: an alarm clock was ordered in 2 rooms, the time of the call was recorded at the reception, but ... no one called! But at night other tenants came to our room with their electronic key. It turned out that these cards fit all the numbers: exactly the same situation happened with our friend. And it would be nice if the staff were responsive, diligent and friendly ... no, stone faces with excuses like "I just stepped in, I don't know." I can write a lot more about this hotel, but it's enough… I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT!!!

My experience of staying at this hotel was a complete nightmare. The service turned out to be completely unacceptable, the staff showed complete indifference to our needs, and sometimes it even seemed that they actively ignored us. Attempts to ask for help and solutions to problems turned out to be in vain, since none of our requests were satisfied.
As for the food, I can't call what we were served for breakfast either high-quality or acceptable. The dishes were not only tasteless, but also often inedible. It was just an insult to the guests who expected at least a minimum level of culinary literacy.
Room cleaning also left much to be desired. The rooms remained dirty, as if the cleaning had been done in a hurry and then forgotten about it. This caused disgust and confusion as to why we were paying for the services of this hotel at all.
The administration and reception did not meet any expectations. Instead of helping, they only added their indifferent and irresponsible atmosphere to our disappointment.
In conclusion, I would say that this place is an example of how not to run a hotel. I highly do not recommend it to anyone and I believe that the money and time invested here were wasted.
