A great place to stay in the center of Tashkent! We spent a wonderful two days at the Art Vesta Hotel on a quiet and peaceful street, which made our stay especially enjoyable. There are convenience stores and a variety of cafes with Uzbek and European cuisine nearby, which allowed us to enjoy a variety of dishes for every taste.
I would especially like to mention the delicious breakfasts that were served at the hotel. The variety and quality of the dishes exceeded our expectations, and every morning started with a wonderful mood.
The hotel's courtyard simply charmed us with its beauty and comfort. It was a special pleasure to see a turtle living there, which added a unique charm and an atmosphere of peace to this place.
Top—level service - the hotel staff was attentive to our requests and always ready to help with any questions.
In general, the Art Vesta Hotel in Tashkent has left us with the most pleasant impressions, and we are happy to recommend it to anyone who wants to relax comfortably in the capital of Uzbekistan.
The staff is quite cozy, friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean. Towels, slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothpaste and a brush are provided. Breakfasts are weak in quality and quantity. Sound insulation is the same as everywhere else. In general, I recommend
A very hospitable team, made the rest as comfortable as possible. A good breakfast. A comfortable room. Walking distance to the center and metro, close to the airport. The perfect combination of price and quality 10 out of 10
Terrible attitude of the staff.
We booked a few months in advance, arrived at 23:00, and our room has already been rented.
They offered to spend the night in another branch (the room is smaller and cheaper).
The money was taken for the entire period of stay, more than I counted the "Island" through which I booked.
They refused to live there.
Thank you for the "Island," helped to return the money
I did not expect much from the b** hotel, I am an adequate tourist. But I can call this the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. And I travel a lot, and I choose simple hotels.
Here I can praise, perhaps, only three things: good bed linen, the availability of hot water and free water, which can be taken at the reception.
Of the cons:
- cleaning, it turns out, must be ordered specifically, otherwise the maid will not dare to enter the room. They didn't even clean up my trash for two days, and I only found out about this rule when I asked about it the night before I left. It's probably a good thing that no outsider will enter the room without my knowledge, but I think this rule should be reported at the entrance.
- terrible creaking floor
- broken shower doors. One of them literally hangs on my word
of honor - if you want to brush your teeth in the sink or rinse small laundry there (in short, something longer than washing your hands), a puddle forms on the floor under the sink
- the mattress was just a mess. These guys have probably been using it for five years, and the frame has appeared on it so much that when you lie down, the ribs of the mattress stick into your ribs. Realizing that I just couldn't sleep, I went to the reception to ask. A second blanket to lay down on the mattress. At the reception, I was told that there was only one blanket per room, and there was no more. I had to be smart and strong, and turn the mattress over to the other side. There he turned out to be suitable for sleeping.
- towels are washed and in rags
- in the evening and at night at the reception, a boy who can't connect two words and is generally not in the subject of anything, can't help in any way
- it's noisy from the street. It is difficult to sleep with an open window, it is stuffy with a closed one
- breakfast is a mockery. Not fresh cherished vegetables and fruits (for all the guests, one apple cut the day before yesterday and a tangerine stolen at the same time), deep-fried incomprehensible things, cooled fried eggs... The tea is normal.
I fell for two (!) great reviews. I will no longer make such a mistake and will look for a hotel with a number of reviews from 10-15, or better yet even more
Hotel
Art Hotel 3*
86 Rakatboshi str., Tashkent
The worst memories of the whole trip to Uzbekistan.
The hotel you want to escape from. A smoky room was offered as an option for a mother with a child. Upon request, they were given a smaller room, referring to the fact that when booking through a tour operator, the size of the room is not specified, and the hotel administration provides at its discretion.
The main disadvantages are the lack of professional cleaning in order to eliminate traces of previous clients' stay. The rooms are operated without maintaining them at the proper customer-oriented level with repairs.
As a result:
- dirty curtains and gray tulle with a 30 cm hole
- the stall in the bathtub does not close, the fasteners on the stall are coming off, the tile on the wall is broken
- the stand for the toilet brush with traces of endless use is not to take in hand
- towels are only small
- the carpet has absorbed all the smells and stains in its life
- the staff at 23:00 allows you to yell under the windows, clarifying the relationship on the phone on speakerphone
The hotel administration did not provide registration for your stay in the country.
The money was not refunded, referring to the fact that the refund is carried out by the tour operator.
It is better to save money, time and nerves by choosing another clean hotel in a green and comfortable area.
Good breakfasts, a fairly convenient location, high ceilings, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. They give bottled water for free. But the disadvantage is in the old fund, the furniture and the room in which they lived require repair, the linen is clean, but with traces of stains, old.
The staff is very polite and hospitable.
Lovely hotel, 24h reception, early check-in. Breakfast is reduced by 10 a.m. (at 8 a.m. there is enough).
Very convenient location. From the airport by bus, to the center on foot.

Disgusting hotel, we arrived from the train at night with a child, the room was booked through Boking, when we entered the hotel at the reception, no one called, rang the bell at the reception desk-no one, tired with the child at night, when we finally got through to the number indicated at the reception, the manager told us to go to another hotel which also belongs to them, we had to go there, because we didn't have the strength to figure it out at all... I thought I'd find out everything in the morning, and in the morning I saw that my reservation was canceled by the hotel, and the reason was that I allegedly didn't arrive!!!!!!I do not recommend this hotel to anyone, there are plenty of other more worthy places in Tashkent, do not believe the rating "great" this is a hoax!!
We were at this hotel in November 2023. The condition of the room was a little disappointing. The mattress is very hard and uneven. As a result, my back ached in the morning from these "hills" on the mattress. One door of the shower cabin is broken, as a result, it is impossible to take a shower. The room smells of sewage. Having been forced to stay one night, we left the hotel the morning after the night check-in from the plane. The receptionist said they would take note. It's strange, of course, that they haven't seen this before. Although, I think they knew about it. I recommend the owners to eliminate the shortcomings. I wish that in the future guests spent time in this hotel with comfort and did not write such reviews.
on the plus side: the staff is responsive, the breakfasts are very tasty (however, I saw a worm on the buffet), there are different rooms (smaller and larger), the hotel is located in a convenient location (but taxi drivers do not know where it is at all), the TV is in the room, bottled water is free, you can take it. there is also tea and a kettle, as well as everything for taking a shower. of the cons: the bed was a little broken, we had it cleaned up only once in a week. the towels were worn, the sheet with a hole, the toilet seat was shaking, strange sounds and an unpleasant smell from the bathtub, the batteries were dirty. overall an old-fashioned design, but not bad. for those who only spend the night in the room, it's not bad at this price
I'm writing a review right now, lying on a hotel bed 😜
The rooms are without high expectations from Central Asia. An adequate room with small flaws, but for reasonable money (in Tashkent, they decided not to rent anything at all cheaply)
Service: there is always drinking water (take it if you need another bottle), breakfast is all ready in the kitchen in the morning (each plate with a strech film on top so that neither flies (which I did not meet here) nor other dusty circumstances do not touch the food
Location: we are hikers with backpacks and we enjoy walking to different locations from here (1.2 km to the metro). There is a cafe within walking distance (open until three in the morning) with the best chefs of Art plov
The staff is hospitable
There will be no silence in the room if the neighbors are with the kids, as they have stopped by now 😍
The first number we were given was completely killed. The second one was a little better, but on the third day it started dripping from the ceiling. When asked to look, they looked, said "yeah, I see" and that's it.
Everything is great. Clean, beautiful rooms. The breakfasts are varied (buffet).
One minute, there's a problem with the water. She disappears while bathing, you have to wait a minute for the pump to turn on, but otherwise everything is great. The location is great, 15 minutes to Next, 10 minutes from Next to Magic City. There is a shop in the hotel building, so you don't have to go far to get food for a snack. I advise you to book without fear. We were with the family on 06/15/2023.
Disgusting service! The staff doesn't care about anything. There is only 1 hanger in the wardrobe, there is a table in the room, but there is not a single chair, there is no refrigerator. Torn towels. The blankets are old, with gray spots, the bed linen smells of powder. A broken light switch by the bed, the lamp by the bed hangs crookedly, barely holds, is not fixed. For three days, the trash was never taken out of the bucket in the bathroom, it was scanty, it was overflowing. There was water in the shower, a sewer blockage. All three days we asked to fix the switch with the lamp and clean the drain in the shower - everyone promised, but no one did anything.
The dead batteries in the TV and air conditioner remote control - it didn't work out to use all this. Upon arrival, after a night flight, the manager said that they allegedly had a problem with our bank card. I asked for the phone, opened Booking and he quickly canceled the booking (without penalty). As I realized later, they just wanted to get cash.
A good hotel, cozy, close to the center, but "tired" - plumbing is far from new, furniture too. The TV did not work at all and for three days they could not fix it. I was surprised that there was one outlet in the room, located next to the door, downstairs - I had to carry an electric kettle and a phone to charge there. The breakfast was not bad - they baked pancakes and pies. You can live.
The conditions at the hotel fully correspond to the description on the website. The location is good, about 10 minutes to the Cosmonauts metro station. I took a taxi quickly and inexpensively to agic city, Tashkent City Park, Holy Dormition Cathedral. A very attentive young man at the reception helped with a suitcase, with a taxi, with printing a railway ticket. I booked a single room with a shared bathroom. There were no neighbors in the block, so there were no problems at all. The bed is large, the mattress is fine, moderately elastic, the pillows are good, the blanket is warm. By my arrival, the air conditioner was turned on in advance and the room was warm (October 30). A sophisticated tourist may be dissatisfied with the following points: the doors open and close with noise, the lighting in the room is dim. Breakfast is simple, without changes: scrambled eggs, sausages, cheese, sausage, muesli, tea, coffee, milk, cottage cheese, dried fruits, apples, persimmons, grapes, 2 types of pastries, small cakes like honey cake. There were 4 towels, slippers in the room, shower gel and soap in the bathroom. There was no problem with the water. There was an exit from the corridor to the courtyard, where there is a gazebo with a table and benches. Considering that I spent the whole day on excursions, I was satisfied with everything. The price corresponds to the quality.
Friendly, courteous staff. All my questions were solved. The best memories remain. The location is good: nearby there are shops, cafes, and the metro is not far away. Breakfast is served as a small buffet. It's all good.
The terrible "hotel" in quotes! We were settled in a triple room, with a disgusting smell, old, crumbling furniture, the floor-to-ceiling window is covered with a film screwed on with screws, for what it was necessary to tighten a good window with a film, we did not understand!!! They asked to change the room, refused, said they didn't like it, look for another hotel! The manager came to the room, understood everything and promised to make a discount, but after calling the "owner" of the hotel, the discount was canceled! In general, we do not recommend it, the hotel requires urgent major repairs!!!
The location is good, quiet, shops are nearby, cafes are within walking distance. The furniture in the room is tired and broken. The rooms are very cold, don't wait for a hot shower. The main disadvantage is that we gathered quickly, left a couple of things in a hurry, the administration did not return, said that they did not see anything, although we know that they left it there.

The location is not bad, not far from the metro. There is a park nearby, although abandoned, but quite large and very green with huge plane trees. The hotel itself is not bad in terms of furniture, but the rooms are very stuffy and our air conditioning failed, and we were in May, when it was not that hot yet. It's dripping. There is basically no ventilation in the room, so it is stuffy. Either you open the window so that there is an influx, or the air conditioner, I repeat, is stuffy. Sometimes something falls off. There is breakfast included, without any special frills, but you can eat. There is a grocery store downstairs) if anything. Clear. There is a kettle with tea. In general, the hotel is not bad

Awful. Booked a hotel through Booking, arrived ahead of time. They didn't check into the room, okay, left their things, left. At check-out time, they were given the keys to the room category below, on the ground floor and without a balcony. To the question why? The answer followed: plumbing is faulty in your room, it is being repaired. Take a walk for another hour. Okay, let's go for a walk. We return, the employee throws up his hands: they didn't fix it, here's a $5 discount for you. Tired of walking, so OK, we agree. And tadam! The lights go out in the room. Now they will fix it, the employee assures ... well, as you can guess, no one has fixed the plumbing and electrics. I had to move to another hotel. Question to employees, why lie to customers? Problems with the booked room, well, they apologized, it happens. There are other hotels. As a result, the plans were disrupted, the mood was spoiled on the first day of visiting Uzbekistan, it's good that all the other hotels in different cities of this wonderful country, even guest Houses, turned out to be completely different from this Art Hotel.
We had a large warm nice room with a balcony. Breakfast would have been better, there was not enough porridge, there were scrambled eggs, pancakes, muesli, sausages, cheese, apples. The location is convenient, 12 minutes walk to the Cosmonauts metro station
It's clean and cozy, but the room is a little small. Everything was great. One disadvantage is that the reception is located in another building and the Internet is buggy.
I would like to thank the hotel staff for the comfort and cleanliness created. The location is very convenient. The rooms are cozy. The breakfasts are delicious. I definitely recommend the hotel for your stay.
A noisy hotel. The staff is watching TV series on the phone in the hallway. Naturally, without headphones. The courtyard is quiet. There is a store nearby. Breakfast for three. The rooms are very different. Some are just scared to come in. Others are better.
The staff is very polite, but in terms of at least some help from them is useless. The watering can of the soul broke, so the master probably only came in five times and asked if it would be okay if he came in this afternoon and never came.
Excellent location, everything is within walking distance, but, at not the lowest price, they offer a room with 12 m2 for 1700 rubles per night - it is very expensive and despite the fact that the bathroom is shared. They also wanted to make a payment for the hotel at an inflated rate of 11,500 soums instead of 11,200 in banks.
They supply drinking water daily. Tourists will appreciate it. The water-lovers squeal with delight. For 10,000 soums, clothes are washed. Just be more sociable.
A good and inexpensive hotel. It justifies its price, it is not worth waiting for an ideal condition, but it is quite responsive staff who are ready to help with solving problems.
There is a shop downstairs, there are cafes nearby. Breakfast is not the most varied, but it will do.
The hotel is good, cleanly, clean after it is not clear how, they may not even clean at all, they cleaned only 1 time in 6 days of arrival. The breakfasts are good, you can have a snack
I recommend. I liked everything, although water flowed from the air conditioner on the second check-in and was immediately moved to another room. The breakfasts are very good, although they are the same every day, but the choice on the buffet is quite large and watermelon, cherries and raisins. Pancakes eggs in general, everything is prepared in the morning and replenished immediately, everything is warm or hot.
I stayed at the hotel for a week on a business trip. The rooms are without frills, but clean and everything you need is there: towels, shampoo, shower gel, kettle and glasses, bottled water without restriction. There is a TV in the room. The transfer from the airport was organized.
Huge rooms, comfortable and beautiful. It's all good. The only point about the plumbing of the shower, it leaked a little, but the hands from the shoulders, twisted :)
