Unsanitary conditions in the rooms, dirt everywhere, creaky floors, no heating, and COVID was infected after staying in this dirty hotel. In no case should we stop here. The administration does not care about the guests, as long as they pay on time.
The worst place in the whole city!!!

Dirt, darkness, cold and damp.
In addition to everything else, my whole family got infected with the coronavirus here. Apparently this is because of the dirt that has accumulated under the so-called furniture. Which is all creaking and crunching (we are all thin)))
The Internet is almost not working, there is constant noise from cars on the street. An unpleasant place. I do not recommend anyone to stay here.

We stayed in the Country Room.I liked everything.A very comfortable room for a family.The room has its own kitchen and a bathroom with a bathtub (and underfloor heating).Everything is neat and clean.Unobtrusive service.No one bothered.The sound insulation is slightly broken.In general, I recommend it and if I'm in Kharkov, then only here.
