The cafe is good. It is divided into 2 parts: 1st floor is fast food, everything is fine here, the food is delicious and the prices are reasonable; and the basement is a cafe / restaurant, impressions about it are not unambiguous, the food is delicious, the waiters communicate through their teeth (as if you are interfering with them here to relax), do everything slowly.

While we were in Yerevan, we stopped by almost every day. There is a shawarma room upstairs, and a restaurant downstairs in the basement, which is simply the top in Yerevan in terms of price/quality ratio. Large portions, reasonable prices. The most important thing is very tasty! They always serve you quickly. We tried almost all the menu: salads, chicken, veal and lamb lula, dolma, kufta, kebabs from everything, grilled vegetables. At lunch (from 12:30 to 15:00), there is usually an influx of local visitors, this should be taken into account. And in the evening, from 18:30, full boarding begins, which says a lot. They didn't take the shawarma from the upper cafe, because they have it all with potatoes, but for us it's strange when fried potatoes are wrapped in pita bread along with meat.

We took the shawarma with us twice to the cafe on the first floor. I liked Shaverma, the guys work super fast. Please note that spicy food is respected here (jalapeno is the default). I liked the shawarma in the baguette less than the others, but it's probably a matter of taste.

A complex system of ordering dishes - you pay at the checkout, they give you a check, for some reason you have to carry the check to the cook. Why not transfer the order electronically.
Items from the menu on the site may be missing.
The interior is modest, like in a dining room.
There are questions about sanitary standards. For example, raw meat is passed to the cook by carrying it next to the prepared dishes.
But all the disadvantages are covered by food. It's very tasty, although terribly salty.

The worst shawarma in Yerevan that I have eaten, subjectively and objectively. The quality of the ingredients is disgusting. Large cartilages and dry and burnt pieces of meat were found in the meat several times. Potatoes are terrible. They are given in cold pita bread and do not heat it on the grill, which is why there is simply no structure. Half of the shawarma was without sauce at all. I highly recommend it

A super restaurant! A girl met me at the entrance and escorted me down the stairs to a very cozy restaurant. A very pleasant and polite waiter immediately offered mineral water, it was very hot outside. The food is very tasty. We went to the restaurant several times and everything was always very tasty, for 5+. The portions are large. Beautiful serving of dishes. The staff is very attentive. We liked everything very much. We visited this institution in January 2023. The cafe itself is located on the minus ground floor, it is very small, the tables are very close to each other. The choice of dishes is small. We ordered a kufta with pearl barley, a roll with a beef cradle, and tolma. Everything was delicious. But the service wants to be the best. The waiters are unhurried and unfriendly, if you start to clarify or ask for something, they start to get nervous, they can even be rude. The impression of communicating with the waiters was unpleasant. I do not recommend this place, as there are a lot of restaurants in Yerevan with national cuisine and the best service.

A pretty mediocre place, average prices, but the service is terrible. In reality, there are not even half of the positions that are on the menu, the waiters are incompetent and do not know how to serve, they start being rude to any request - typical waiters in rygalovka, but Armenian waiters are raising the waiter profession to a degree in this parameter. I think they are sure that it is you who should bring them the dishes, and not they to you, but for some reason it happens differently, which they are very unhappy about. I feel sorry for these people, but they clearly have no place in this service sector. Moreover, they greatly spoil the image of "hospitable Armenia". As a result, the price of the dish and the taste of the dishes themselves are completely "killed" by the attitude towards guests and service. I do not recommend it.

We visited this institution in early February 2023. All menus are in Armenian only. A young man was working at the entrance to the cash register. We asked him to find out what dishes there are. As if he was doing us a favor, he answered through his teeth with a dissatisfied look. He knocked out a check, absolutely did not explain where to go and where to get the finished dish. I had to turn to one or another employee to figure out who to give this unfortunate check to. We ordered a roast, waited for forty minutes, although they said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Outwardly, everything looked good, but it was impossible to eat. Overcooked dry meat and potatoes with so much pepper that you were guaranteed heartburn.
I do not recommend this place to visit. Disgusting attitude towards customers. Very unfriendly staff.

I was led by the reviews, the shawarma is not tasty from the word at all, one potato, the three of us ate as a family, none liked it. Put on stream, yes, they made three shawarma in lavash in 2 minutes, but you did it better for quality, not quantity. There is not enough chicken, there are plenty of French fries, and there is also little sauce. In general, I came for nothing. I do not recommend it!

I went to have lunch in the upper part of the establishment and sat outside. 10 minutes after I finished, the manager came up to me and asked me to leave, because you see, I'm sitting and taking a place in his establishment! There has never been such a thing that fast food could not be allowed to sit after a meal. At the same time, there were plenty of places - 15-00, Friday. Welcome to the Armenian service! I really hope that in the near future the flow of the Russian-speaking population will decrease and the locals will remain in the same state as they were before.

Very tasty. Almost all the menus have been tried in Yerevan for 2 weeks. It took a while to figure out the system of different checks that need to be carried to different racks (shawarma, soups, shish kebab), but the staff are very friendly and explained everything. During the rush hour, they waited no longer than 10 minutes.
