A large selection of colors and compositions for every taste and purse, a simple and intuitive website allowed you to quickly make a choice and pay, the consultant girl kindly answered all your questions. At each stage, there was feedback, SMS messages came: the order was placed, the order was paid, the order was delivered.
When placing an order, the customer has the opportunity to leave wishes for delivery. At my request, a photo of the finished bouquet was sent to Viber.
And in addition, when the birthday boy unexpectedly was not at home on the specified day and time, the bouquet was delivered the next day completely free of charge)

Заказали букет из другой страны. Показали его перед отправкой. Все отлично. Оплата картой и сам букет. Но. На следующий день букет умер. Розы все резко стали не розовые, а коричневые и упали. На замечание в компании отреагировали хамством.

Делала заказ из-за границы, переживала, как все пройдет. Агенты оперативно отвечают на вопросы. С заказом возникла кое-какая неурядица в плане цены/количества, поддержка разрешила ситуацию оперативно, извинились, исправили ситуацию вежливо и эффективно. Не смотря на эту заминку, планирую заказывать у них в будущем.
Букет очень красивый и соответсвует фотографиям, представленным на сайте. Получатель осталась довольна!

Делал заказ на доставку в Минске из другого города. С точки зрения заказчика - все сделали отлично: прислали фото букета, проинформировали о небольших изменениях в заказе, оперативно были на связи по некоторым вопросам, сообщили о получении букета адресатом. Надеюсь, адресат тоже доволен )

Ранее неоднократно пользовался сервисом доставки от Арбукет, никогда не было нареканий по качеству. Всегда готовы были предложить замену или подобрать букет даже если интересующего не было в наличии. В последнее время впечатления от использования крайне отрицательные, т.к. букеты приезжают помятые и уже уставшие (последние 3 заказа). Уведомления о вручении тоже перестали поступать. И это с учётом того, что цены выросли. Крайне разочарован и впредь не планирую использовать данный сервис доставки.

Спасмбо оргомное магазину. Помогли на каждом шаге: начиная от оплаты, заканчивая досиавкой. Определенных цветов не оказалось в нужном количестве, предложили замену. И получилось шикарно! А какой аромат!!! Спасибо еще раз за организацию доставки
