After several business trips to Dubai, I decided to settle here for a long time. For a long time I could not choose where exactly to stop, and turned to professionals for help. The Artego broker formed several offers in a short time based on my preferences. We stayed at an apartment in The Regent Residences. They are still at the construction stage, but the company has already prepared all the documents and executed the purchase transaction. I clarified a couple of details and was satisfied. I am waiting for the completion of construction.

The agency has a lot of projects. It takes a long time to list everything. My choice is Urban townhouses. There will be a golf course, a swimming pool and many other different benefits that will be very useful to me and my whole family. I arranged the townhouse in installments through Artego, the first payment is 50%, then another 50. And there it will be possible to prepare for departure and check-in. The company came up with a convenient solution, the manager advised me about the house layouts and helped me choose the right one. I am happy with the service here and I am waiting for my townhouse to be built. The construction is moving, it's not worth it, according to the plan everything is going straight clearly and on schedule
