In the very center of Minsk, not far from the Central Department Store, there is a small coffee shop with a very original interior and delicious desserts. It's usually quiet and sparsely populated, and you can sit and talk in peace. But that's not the point. The coffee shop has two showrooms where reproductions of paintings by famous artists are exhibited. The reproductions are made of high quality, each is provided with a detailed description. But that's not all. On certain days and times (the schedule can be found on Instagram, for example) there are guided tours and lectures, which you need to sign up for in advance, because at this time there are a lot of people who want to come here. But it's worth it. After such lectures, when you come home, you want to open the Internet and find something else about the artist and his works. These events are very interesting. Big
6.10.2024 We went with our family to the exhibition "The most mysterious pictures of the world".
I am very sorry for the time spent. I wanted to celebrate the twentieth anniversary in an unusual and interesting way, but the expectations were not fulfilled at all.
The organization is disgusting. In pursuit of profit (and ticket prices are not the smallest), the organizers took everyone on a tour. Specifically, there were about 30 people on the tour where we got to. The halls themselves are quite small, which is why the guide could not be heard very well, and it was almost impossible to see the paintings in question behind the people.
The concept of this exhibition is completely absent. They promised the most mysterious paintings, but in the end there was nothing like it. Everything was hung in a scatter and the guide kept running from one painting to another. The exhibition presents different eras and different artists and there is no common theme. What were the organizers thinking about? What logic did they follow when compiling it? Unclear.
None of the advertised paintings were presented at the exhibition. And there was no mystery in the presented works.
There is not much to say about the tour itself. It was obvious that the guide knows a lot about each author and can tell you about them and their works in an interesting way. But due to the fact that there was no logic and some kind of connection in the exhibition itself, and time was limited, he also failed to reach his potential.
As for the paintings themselves, they are not bad. You can walk around and view them, but the exhibition itself left a very bad impression.
Even watching the unsuccessful film adaptation of "Onegin" on TV in the evening caused more discussion and emotions than this exhibition.
In general, I do not recommend it.
We were at the exhibition "Mysterious pictures of the world". I really liked the guide. An excellent selection of paintings and their quality. But not only those who were enrolled came on the tour. The halls are small. What the guide was saying was audible. But a lot of what he was showing was never seen. Several reviews have already written about it. Dear organizers, of course,
thank you very much for your work! But it would be good to think about the number of people on the tour.
I liked the exhibition of peonies. Two seemingly small rooms accommodate a huge number of peonies. It is very beautiful and interesting, even tired of walking. Cool idea and implementation. The entrance ticket cost about 20 rubles, the prices in the cafe itself are slightly above average.
A beautiful cafe, elegantly decorated, the tree was not destroyed! I was on an excursion led by Igor, a great art critic, an author's tour, it was very interesting! You need to understand the concept of the exposition: the idea is not to present bright, beautiful copies printed on a high-quality printer and good paper, but to recreate the originals as accurately as possible! Both in size and image quality, every crack is in its place!
The exhibition "Mysterious Paintings" was very disappointing. 1) All paintings are just photos of paintings printed on a color printer on canvas-like paper. Moreover, the print is not always of high quality and the artisans are of a different size 2) the Gallery itself is just two small rooms 3) The tour was very boring, there was no consistency and clarity in the story. It felt like they were telling the first thing they remembered. There were a lot of people on the tour for such a small visit. 4) The price is very high. It's not the first time I've visited this Gallery. But there were high hopes for this exhibition because of the advertising. But they did not come true in any way.
We were on Monet and Manet with an excursion, I was very interested-I liked it, the tour was interesting led by a very erudite man, later this talented man just played the piano smartly after the tour after some time, who stayed to inspect further -I managed to listen, of course, space. The paintings are reproductions, there are only 2 halls, the girls are polite, the guy at the checkout is nice, the cafe is beautiful, it's a pity you can only drink drinks, there was no food, the toilet is cool, but you can't wash your hands-either the washbasin doesn't work, or I didn't find the button. The price if with an excursion thanks to a cool guide is normal, but if people without an excursion, for example, did not have time to sign up, then of course then the price is significantly overpriced, because there are only 2 halls and not a single original, I focus on prices in the city, of course this is a lot. Prosperity to you, we enjoyed it, thank you! the team works perfectly, the owner has beautifully decorated the premises, it is necessary to fix the faucet in the toilet or leave a memo on how to use it)
I wanted to see the paintings, I saw them! And what! The halls are decorated correctly. I like the idea of combining an art exhibition and restaurant service. A very colorful, beautifully speaking guide. I want a newsletter about new exhibitions.
We liked the exhibition center. A beautifully equipped exhibition of the most mysterious paintings of the world. I have already written about the exhibition on my VK page. I don't want to repeat myself. The cafe is also wonderful. Very atmospheric, stylish. The staff is friendly.
The atmosphere of the cafe itself is pleasant, furnished in detail. Interior with charisma. The exhibition halls are too small to fully reveal the paintings. One was very cool. If you get on a tour, it will even be crowded. There is no wardrobe, only racks with hangers. Well, this is a bad move of course! From a very pleasant one. Flower exhibitions are held in the seasons. This is an absolutely amazing action!
The visit to the exhibition "The most mysterious pictures of the world" on Friday evening ended at the entrance to the exhibition hall.
I don't understand why such a large number of people should be recorded if it is objectively too much for such a large hall.
I literally have to stand behind a crowd of people and listen to the speech of an art critic, who seemed to me either just quiet or tired. There are no complaints about it, it's just, in my opinion, it's disrespectful to visitors to provide such a service.
The question is not at all about money, but about the quality and atmosphere of the presentation.
Cool, I really liked it, good atmosphere, knowledgeable guide, attendance is not the first time and we are looking forward to new paintings.
Vitaly and Ekaterina.
A mysterious place ...
a strange design - there seems to be a lot of everything, but somehow tasteless.
The idea of exhibitions is good - it was at Monet & Manet. But the guide is very peculiar - it will be difficult for many to perceive the information
We decided to visit the gallery on 06/11/2024 for the peony harvest. Our team consisted of 4 adults and I had a child in a baby carriage. Realizing that we would not go to the exhibition itself with a stroller, we decided that two people would sit in a cafe, drink tea / coffee and stay with a stroller, two would look at peonies and then switch, what was our surprise when we were not allowed with a stroller even in a cafe. We asked three times if it was really impossible to use a stroller, and received a positive answer. A couple of days later, I asked on Instagram where I could get acquainted with the rules of visiting the cafe and gallery, they told me that at the entrance to the cafe. So that the pleasure of the visit was not received from the word at all.
Thank you for the interesting tour, it was informative to listen to the stories of the creation of famous paintings and learn their secrets.
There is also a cozy cafe in the gallery.
Manet and Monet were at the exhibition, they liked the exhibition. The gallery itself is small, the paintings hang very tightly to each other, there were a lot of people and when the guide talked about the painting, some of the people were not visible. If without an excursion, then of course you can safely inspect each painting and there is enough space, but I wanted to know more. There is a cafe inside, there is also a wardrobe where you can leave outerwear.
One of the most beautiful places in Minsk for me. A warm atmosphere, wonderful staff, and now the peony fest is taking place, so magical flowers and the opportunity to get acquainted with a variety of varieties are a plus. We had a great time with a friend, thanks to the "Artel" for this day!
Yes, reproductions, but of good quality! And the tour is very decent, all questions are answered. We often visit with our family. We are very satisfied, we advise everyone.
We were at the Manet and Monet exhibition. The first impression at the entrance is the dog's cold in the cafe. The price of an entrance ticket on a weekday is 17 rubles. There are about 50 reproductions in the halls, with a small description of the paintings. The organizers brag about the quality of the reproductions at the entrance, but I tend to disagree with them, even on A4 sheets with a description of the paintings they look more vivid. As for the descriptions, it is clear that they are taken from everywhere in a row, there is no structure, some information is repeated from picture to picture. The paintings are generally complementary, but read dryly. What would have saved this exhibition, in my opinion, is a clearer structure: here is an early period for 5 paintings, a brief description of the biography and how it influenced creativity. And so there is no normal structure, even the halls are not divided separately into Manet and Monet, and there are a couple of paintings of each other there. By the way, in normal galleries there are benches where you can sit down and quietly enjoy the paintings. There is a place for this in the halls, but there are no shops.
P.S. In the toilet, the sink is, of course, beautiful, but it seems to have only a decorative function.
Great place! There are always a lot of interesting events, it is inexpensive. It takes your breath away when you visit! Very interesting and inspiring expositions, I liked everything!!!
Interesting exhibitions. Despite the 2 small halls, we spent 1.5 hours to see everything. I am also glad to have the opportunity to buy reproductions of paintings of very good quality.
Super atmospheric place! We looked in almost by accident and were very impressed: in addition to delicious coffee and dessert, we received a lot of positive emotions - we visited an art exhibition. It's a pity we didn't get on the tour, but we will definitely come back and, I believe, more than once! The staff is not just friendly - welcoming))) Thanks!
The exhibition "Claude Monet and Edouard Manet. The beginning of Impressionism." Artel Gallery Cafe. For viewing prints on canvas - 20 rubles per adult (full) and 16 rubles per child (preferential) on a day off. It's too expensive!!! (it would not be a pity to have 2 and 3 rubles). I don't understand the rave reviews. This is just a PRINT ON CANVAS using a printer, not even framed (even in cheap frames). The speech of the local guide is not interesting at all - it was boring . There is no locker room, there is only a clothes rack, where there is so much hanging that you cannot take or hang a jacket. It's cold in the halls (there are two of them). The cafe is absolutely not cozy. In general, money was thrown away and time was lost. I do not advise my loved ones categorically. And yet painting is a living writing - that's what you need to look at. And not for the printer to work for 20 rubles.
I love this place as a cafe in itself, and for its combination with a cultural trip - exhibitions of works by famous artists. The menu offers a themed drink, coffee or cocktail, with a reference to the ongoing exhibition. There are not many places at the tables, but the aesthetic fullness and atmosphere are 10/10.
I was there at the exhibition "the most mysterious pictures of the world". I liked everything very much, especially the atmosphere of the place itself.
The cafe-gallery, where exhibitions of paintings are held, an exact copy and color reproduction are made in the Giclee technique. House of creativity, pleasant interior,
I'll give you 5 stars just because the place has an interesting format! Cafe and gallery exhibition in two halls.. unfortunately, it was cold in the cafe itself ( there are blankets , but this is strange, because we are indoors ) There is no food , there is coffee , tea , mulled wine , alcohol! A small selection of desserts!
You can stay in the gallery on your own or book a company tour) it's very beautiful and atmospheric inside! Reproductions can be bought! I will say separately that their toilet is incredible! Be sure to come in ☺️
The Rene Magritte exhibition. It was through her that I learned about the Gallery. It is located in the city center. It is better to get there by public transport. Parking is difficult.
It's a very atmospheric place. It is clear that the guys worked on the design with their hearts. Special thanks for the toilet - it's just a work of art)
Nice atmospheric place, nice interior, polite staff. I got a good guide with his interesting vision of the paintings. The location is not very good, I had to search a little, but everything is fine
The place simultaneously combines a coffee shop and 2 bright exhibition halls.
I managed to visit an exhibition of paintings by artist Rene Maggrit and experience a full range of emotions - starting from informative stories of an intelligent guide, ending with a cup of fragrant spicy coffee with dessert after)
I was at the exhibition "Monet and Manet. The beginning of Impressionism." I really liked the way the exhibition was organized. The only thing I would like is for the first guided tour to start at 12.00, as it opens
To all art lovers and just people who are not indifferent to art, and especially to those who love new and pleasant emotions, this place is a must-visit. There remains a pleasant aftertaste, a place with its own unique atmosphere that you want to return to, Plus an excellent combination of a gallery and a cafe (delicious coffee and desserts are on top)
An interesting and atmospheric cafe. You can enjoy coffee and get aesthetic pleasure from unusual paintings by famous artists. Small and cozy. They hold exhibitions.
You need to talk about this place from 2 sides: a gallery and a cafe. The gallery is not bad. Renoir's reproductions were of recognizable quality (sometimes colors floated and pixels bit). The man who talks about the paintings is beyond praise (unfortunately I do not know his name). Compared to an art museum, it's a bit expensive. Overall, the impression is good. Cafe.... This is the first cafe where my wife was denied alternative milk (in any cafe there are 2-4 types). The menu is decorated tastelessly. Not one of the 10 tourists remained in the cafe. We didn't stay either, so all my impressions are superficial.
A wonderful place! Thank you so much for your efforts! ❤️
Special thanks to Igor! I always listen to him with interest.🫶
The coffee is great too and the guys at the bar are very friendly and nice 💫🥰
I went to the exhibition, I really liked it.There are a lot of interesting facts, the guide told in clear language and with a bunch of interesting facts. After the exhibition, you can sit in a cafe to discuss and admire the interior.
wonderful excursions with reproductions, very interesting stories about art and artists, I will definitely go to new exhibitions. It's a pity the parking is the closest only on the Edge, when the weather is bad, you need to dress accordingly.
An interesting place. We were at the Wangog and Gauguin exhibition last year. The art critic talked very interestingly and a lot about paintings and the life of artists. After that, you can have coffee / tea with something sweet in the cafe. Buy your favorite reproductions in different sizes.

Firstly, these are not reproductions of a painting, but an ordinary printout on a color printer on an ordinary film.. 2 rooms are not empty.parking along the barrier is paid...I gave away 4 rubles. The red price is 5 rubles...I gave 48 rubles for three people....we walked around in 10 minutes. Think about it ... there is a place to spend this money and not for this "exhibition" there is no wardrobe...they hung everything in a pile...Sorry for the time spent..the conduits are included...It's pretty cool
The last visit to the exhibition was disappointing. I have always liked this place for the atmosphere and cafes and interesting expositions. The menu has become strange. Cocktails with vodka in my opinion do not belong to this place at all. And I didn't like the exhibition. Such a feeling that the reproductions are not of very good print quality. In the near future, not a foot there
A purely subjective opinion: as a passageway, there is little space, the menu is small, more drinks than a pastry shop, there is no comfort. My friend and I didn't really like it. But for a change, you need to visit such places
