The location of the hotel is wonderful, everything is nearby and supermarkets and shopping malls, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The beach is sandy and pebbly, sun beds and umbrellas are free, everything is old. It didn't matter to us, the main thing is that there is. Beach towels were brought their own, because they are not issued there, you can buy them on the spot (4-5 $).
The room is small but cozy, everything you need is there (hair dryer, refrigerator, safe). There is only a dryer on the balcony, knowing this in advance (according to reviews), I took a rope and clothespins with me (I whined between the chairs).
The cleaning is not intrusive, towels and bed linen have not been changed in a week. One extra towel was brought only once. Figures were made of sheets on the bed. Every day we were given 1.5 liters of water in one bottle, we poured it into 0.5 for convenience.
The staff is friendly, asked to fix the air conditioner, reacted quickly.
There was a lot of food for everyone, monotonous but edible. You won't stay hungry. Apples, plums, oranges (very tasty) and melon were given from fruits. There are a lot of sweets, but everything tasted the same to me.
In the bar of alcoholic beverages-beer, red and white wine, I can't say what else was there because I didn't drink. From non-alcoholic sprite, cola, fanta... Burgers and French fries are available at the bar at certain times.
I can't say anything about the pool because I didn't swim in it, and the guide didn't advise especially children if you don't want to catch rotovirus.
I went to the hammam at the hotel on the first day of arrival, I liked it. I gave $40 for myself and a 10-year-old child.
There is absolutely no entertainment in the hotels, we did not need it.
The hotel certainly does not pull for 4, but it does not matter, the main thing is the sea and the sun!
An excellent city budget hotel. The food is of high quality, the staff is polite, very careful about cleanliness. To the sea 3-5 minutes on foot. The only thing we were unlucky with was the sun beds and umbrellas on the beach. Apparently, the hotel has run out of good umbrellas and sun beds, the hotel management brought broken sun beds with dirty torn mattresses and broken umbrellas. We had 2 days left before departure, so we got worried and left it. Overall, the stay was good. The city of Alanya itself has this in mind. Beautiful, dynamic, Russian-oriented. They practically speak Russian everywhere, which is very comfortable.
Like it. The food is delicious. The food is fresh. The room was cleaned every day, the sheets were changed, the air conditioner is in good working order, it does not rattle, although it is old and yellowed, but it was well maintained.
Although the hotel is not new, everything is perfectly maintained right now.
There is a friend in the lobby who will meet you, his name is Vidadi, a wonderful man (his tourists nicknamed Vitalik) very positive.
He speaks Russian, Polish, English and Turkish. I advise you to spend money on a Hammam upon arrival, it's worth it, I did not regret it. And then I went two more times, it's worth it even better than Vidadi describes it. I have no comments on the hotel, everything is constantly being cleaned. And fix everything you need to eat.
Of course, the beach at the hotel does not seem to be provided, it is essentially a city hotel, but there are sun beds with yellow mattresses on the beach, the condition of the sun beds is so-so, but it did not cause problems, there is always something to choose. Umbrellas are also not very good, but the guys who are watching the beach will find a better one. And if you ask well, they will also do Wi-Fi, though from another hotel, but they will share it. The beach bar is paid, as I understand it, it is from another hotel. But I didn't use it.
There have been no incidents or problems all the time, all issues are solved simply and quickly. The presonal speak a little Russian anyway.
I was vacationing with my daughter for 8 years at this hotel from 07/28/2024 to 08/10/2024. I agree with many reviews that the main advantage of the hotel is its location. The sea is 200 meters away. The beach is pebbly, its own. Sun beds, umbrellas are free, there is a caretaker, he will help. The sea is good, but the approach is with rocks. You need to be careful. And it is dangerous to cross the road, they are not inferior here at the pedestrian crossing!!There are many shops, supermarkets, and a market around. Buses run along the embankment to the center. The hotel itself is tired. You can see it from the very entrance: the dirty red carpet, the sofas in the lobby are very worn...Well, how is it? This is the face of the hotel! We arrived around 11 a.m., had lunch at 12.30 and were immediately checked in. I liked the room, everything is clean and comfortable, there are no complaints. It was cleaned regularly. In terms of food, everything was fine too, we didn't go hungry. There are always 2-3 hot dishes to choose from, a lot of side dishes, salads, cold appetizers. It was bad with fruits, sometimes watermelon and melon, oranges were all taken sweet, sour cherry plum, green apples or wrinkled old ones, peaches appeared in the last two days. There is no animation, but we didn't need to. The contingent is Russian, but more Poles. Wi-Fi is only in the lobby, and then not always, isn't it better to put a router with coverage on the bar and pool area? In general, we were satisfied with everything, except for these shortcomings. There are really a lot of people who come here for the first time. Optimal price-quality ratio (considering horse price tags everywhere)
We had a rest with our daughter from 22.07 to 29.07.2024.
I liked the hotel more than not. Good location, cleaning every day. Excellent, friendly and courteous staff. There was a bit of a lack of good music and animation. The food was also absolutely fine. Everything is delicious and enough, the tables are cleaned very quickly, so there is always a place to sit.
Of the disadvantages, these are umbrellas on the beach...they are quite old.
Hello. The hotel is not bad and a strong four has been renovated for a long time, but the staff tries to instantly remove the plates, the food is delicious, a small courtyard with two small pools in the whole hotel left positive impressions.
Not a bad hotel. In October-November, there are a minimum of vacationers with young children, which has a positive effect on a relaxing holiday. The optimal location in relation to the market, shops, beaches and transport interchange. There is a place to walk. The staff is helpful. The food is on the level, the choice of dishes is not bad and the quality is decent. I was satisfied with almost everything with a fastidious digestive tract, there was never any discomfort.
We rested from 24.06 to 4.07. 2024 .Thank you so much for your hospitality. For the excellent quality of service. The price/quality is 100% met. Very good staff. It's delicious in the cafe!
The view from the dining room window is amazing. Thanks to everyone-all the organizers, the staff.
The hammam at the Vidadi hotel is at the highest level! A wide range of services for those who want to relax and get the MOST out of their vacation. Very professional massage therapists!
It's a beautiful place. I spent more time in the pool than at sea. A very friendly receptionist will tell you everything. And the whole staff is friendly. Delicious burgers are given for free in the afternoon, delicious free coffee and orange juice. A buffet, a large selection, delicious greens and desserts, there is soy meat.
An honest review ! The food is normal, but I definitely won't go with the children anymore, there is no animation for children at all, a shallow pool for toddlers where adults for some reason sit with their feet, there is no special food for children under 3 years old, unless there are French fries, porridge, in general, the hotel is quiet, not far from the sea, it was the first time in Of course, Turkey was expected more, since I read reviews about this hotel, from where such reviews do not come from. The staff is polite, I don't find fault)
I rested at the hotel from 05/26.24 to 06/05.24. The advantages are the location, everything you need is nearby, a couple of minutes to the sea, cross the road, it's a risk to life, of course, a beautiful embankment, awesome views of the mountain, the Red Tower, the fortress. The staff is attentive, responsive, Vitaly really solves ALL the issues). There was also a plus - in my time, only 16 people rested. But this leads to disadvantages- saving on everything, vegetables, salads remain from lunch to dinner and so on until they are completely exhausted (I read about it in one of the reviews, but I did not believe it) In general, the food, as they say, will not stay hungry, the fish was cooked delicious a couple of times, the potatoes were cooked delicious too, otherwise so-so, fried chicken to glass, for example.. Fruits are oranges, green apples and something else small green, perhaps plums. There are no complaints about oranges, they are very tasty. It's boring in the evening, there is no animation at all, even the pool was not illuminated. The sea and the sun are magnificent as always in Turkey) The hotel really liked the hammam, an hour and a half of pleasure, sauna, hammam, foam massage, classic massage, mask.. The cost was $30. Bus 1 or 101 runs to Alanya, the fare is 30 lira, it is convenient to get to Cleopatra beach, for example. I do not recommend the hotel, the rooms are very tired, the plumbing is too, they clean so-so, the air conditioner cracks when working. It's strange, but I really met people who come to this hotel not for the first time, in my opinion, for the same money you can choose something better.
I liked the department very much, the staff is gorgeous, everything is clean, it looks beautiful
But the food was a little pumped up, I wanted more choice and the pool wasn't ice either
But in general everything is very good, I advise you to visit this hotel
I went to the 4th for the first time, I expected the worst. But the hotel is not bad for its class, yes, it is small, there is almost no territory, but it is also declared as a city hotel. The food is normal, you will not stay hungry, the breakfasts are meager, however, and in July there was little fruit, watermelon for 7 days once in July, the dishes are clean, which pleased me, the restaurant is on the 4th floor, it's hot, the air conditioners can't cope. Everything worked in the room, it is cleaned daily. A separate topic is the beach...for this, I took off a star, there is no private beach, a city beach with slabs and stones, they offer to go to the next one, but there are a lot of people there and besides, Turks also go there, umbrellas and sun beds are very old, a lot of broken ones. The lifeguard treated me very kindly, offered me a free sunbed, put an umbrella, I don't know why. There were a lot of foreigners in the hotel, but it didn't bother me. Summary: a good hotel for a relaxing holiday for budget money, there is almost no entertainment, the beach is also not satisfied.
We had a rest in this hotel from 08/31 to 09:24.for 166t.r. Turkey has become so expensive😱 Rest in the hotel left mixed impressions. We are especially people without global claims, and therefore the rest itself was great. But there are a lot of questions for the guest. This is definitely not a 4*, a good 3* Location is excellent for a city hotel, five minutes to the sea, seven minutes walk. There are many shops, shopping malls and cafes nearby. It's pretty quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel itself has a fairly small territory, with two small pools, and a small bar, in the evening it is difficult to find a place to relax, but we do not need to, in the evening we walked in the center of Alanya. Animation is zero, a couple of times some girl came with belly dancing, an hour late, then another pleasure. The rooms are ordinary , from the word at all. There is a safe, $2 per day.The bed is big, small pillows, no clothes, just a waffle blanket. The TV is flat, as it is in Russian, one is not needed. We watched Turkish and French channels, learned languages🤣 There is no clothes dryer on the balcony, but they knew about it, they took a rope. There is a table and chairs. The furniture is tired, but normal. There is a lot of storage space, a large closet. The refrigerator was working, the air conditioner was rattling so that it was periodically turned off to take a break from the noise. At my friends' room, it stopped working altogether, but it was fixed in one day. The smell of sewage in the rooms is creepy. We were in different buildings, friends in the main building, the stench was godless. In our neighborhood, it's quieter. The cleaning is regular, the linen was changed twice, towels on demand. The restaurant was on the fifth floor, there were enough places for everyone. The tables were quickly cleaned, clean and tidy. From the windows there is a beautiful view of the city and the mountains. There is a lot of food, but it is all monotonous. From meat, only chicken and chicken offal (liver, stomachs) fish was not uncommon (mackerel, mackerel, trout) Mayonnaise salads are very strange in taste, we are not used to such.Salads were made from what was left in the morning . There are a lot of side dishes , noodles , potatoes , chickpeas, stewed vegetables . In the morning, scrambled eggs are not often, mostly boiled eggs, pancakes were two times. There is a lot of cheese, but mostly soft curd, there were no hard varieties.Cereals and jams are plentiful. There are a lot of vegetables, olives, and few fruits. Apples, pears are not ripe, hard, unsightly, plums are green. Watermelon and melon are rare, bought on the market themselves.Sweets are all for the same taste, honestly not very monotonous all 11 days. From drinks, tea, coffee, sprite, cola, juices are different, very sweet. We have never been hungry. There is only beer and wine in the bar, white and red, always the same. In the restaurant, the beer tastes better in the bar than in the pool bar. At the pool bar, you could have a burger and French fries. The hamburger has a liver patty, it's not tasty at all. There is no bar on the beach, there is a 5* hotel nearby, and you can buy it there for money. Rods and umbrellas are free, but they are in such an obscene form, it's terrible. Everything is broken, rusty, the mattresses are torn, smelly. No one is watching this on the beach, everything is left to chance. Sometimes the receptionist came from the hotel, tried to bring order out of this chaos, but everything was fine. The hotel guests were pulling sun loungers all over the beach, and no one was watching. It's a terrible sight. The entrance to the sea is rocky, you have to be very careful, corals are not needed. The staff is friendly enough, responsive, the waiters in the restaurant are nimble. There is no internet in the rooms. I barely pulled in the lobby, that's a minus. There was a coffee machine in the lobby, which is a plus. Water was supplied to the room for one and a half liters per day. There was a hammam in the hotel, $25 per person. We visited on the first day, in principle we were satisfied. In general, the hotel is a good 3 * We do not know if we would have returned yet, probably not.
I rested at this hotel from 1-8.07.2023, a wonderful hotel, an excellent restaurant, located on the fifth floor, the review is awesome, the staff is always clean and friendly, although the towels were changed only once and then on request, and they are cleaned daily, the food is very tasty and varied, you will definitely not stay hungry, for any requests respond almost instantly, the Russian-speaking hotel guide Vidali, this is a big plus, the hotel itself has three buildings and a very small territory, 300 meters to the sea, a city beach with a hotel territory, discos in the evening, well, I think just like everywhere else, there is everything you need nearby and shops and pharmacies, I was very satisfied with the rest, the hotel straight solid 4*
I liked everything... The room only needed to sleep, towels and bed linen were changed every day... They clean up every day, you ask them to wait, they will wait... Always responsive... Shower and toilet, well, not new, but everything is clean.... In general, everything is fine!!! There is a lot of food, juices, coffee and tea before 23.00, please do not want to drink!!! Vidadi, he always greets everyone like family... Special thanks to him!!! The guys cleaning the dining room, thank you!!! Yes, the minus is that you have to take a queue in the pool, apparently in the evening!!! And they chlorinate too early!!! And so everything is cool!!! Thanks!!!
I stayed at the Artemis Princesses 4* hotel from July 5 to July 15, 2024. The impressions of the holiday are mixed. A 3* hotel, in my opinion. The room stock is old, the smell of sewage. The occupancy rate is high, there are a lot of people in July. The hotel has 3 small pools. They are always full of people from morning to evening. The food is normal. The restaurant is big, there are no queues. A very beautiful view of the city from the restaurant. The sea is across the street. The beach is very rocky. The sun beds are free, the mattresses are old. It is not comfortable to lie down. The location is good, there are shops, a pharmacy, and exchangers nearby. The bazaar comes 2 times a week. Long check-in, the safe in the room did not work. Discos under the gentle May until 3 a.m., drunken screams. I visited a hammam for $30. I got a severe allergy. I wouldn't go a second time.
To begin with, the hotel has terrible staff who cannot help Russian-speaking guests, do not come here under any pretext, find a normal hotel. After moving from one room to another, they forgot the jackets, as a result they remembered only after 9 days, because they were not needed here,we went to look at the last room and the jackets were no longer there, the woman who lived there did not take them and before her arrival the room was checked by the cleaning company of the hotel, in the closet we found the same forgotten did we take the suitcase covers, apparently they were not noticed and therefore not stolen?)The cameras were rudely refused!Despite this unpleasant situation, the hotel is objectively terrible, not 4 stars, God forbid 1-2, no more. The food was monotonous, bland, there was almost no meat, salads with hair, we came across them more than once, glasses were always dirty, not washed, it was disgusting to drink, sweets tasteless, tablecloths in the dining room are always dirty, stained, napkin holders are also terribly dirty, they do not wipe anything, the cleaners in the room change one towel, make the bed and That's it, the floors have never been wiped. There were dirty mirrors in the room when we checked in, especially the bathroom mirror, it was spit on!The rim of the toilet is disgusting!!yellow from old age or worse, I had to wash it myself, with soap and napkins. There is also mold in the room, the room itself is very small, the balcony is all crumbling.Russian Russian was the only one who spoke to us from all the staff, and that's it, please learn Russian, since you work with Russian tourists. Most of the rooms do not have air conditioning, which is why they changed the room, if only to be super persistent they will change it for you, and if not, they will leave it in the old one and say that they can not help in any way)The impression of the hotel is terrible, we went with friends, they are not here for the first time and have heard enough positive reviews from them, very wrongly, it would be better not to go.The only plus is that the sea is 10 minutes away, the store is across the street from the hotel, the prices are very high, but I really wanted to drink, because the water in the rooms was changed only for the first couple of days, then they scored, and from drinking drinks in the hotel you can only make coffee, or pour yourself super diluted chemical juice from a vending machine. The reception does not understand Russian at all, I had to communicate through a translator, or the same Vitaly.Towels were also brought torn, not the first freshness, apparently. There are only a couple of yellow sun loungers from the hotel, which are always dirty and sweaty.Flies, midges, mosquitoes fly by the pool in large numbers, you just won't be able to lie down, you'll have to fight back, the pool is also terribly cold, it's not possible to swim! There are no evening programs here, for all the time they held only a lottery for a trip to some kind of jacket store. In the evenings, sometimes they also turned on music where the man from the reception was the DJ, he, in turn, did not switch tracks and did not stand at the bar, but sat at a table with the Germans, drank alcohol and ignored requests to switch songs, when we got up and switched ourselves, he got angry and called the German woman to turn on what they want.In general, look for another hotel for the sake of your own comfort, all the best
A great hotel for those who want not only to lie on the beach, but also to walk around the city. The room is clean, tidy, has everything you need. Rooms are cleaned every day, towels and bed linen are changed every day. The room has air conditioning, a small refrigerator and a safe. Friendly and friendly staff, not imposing unnecessary services. The food in the restaurant is delicious and varied. There is a market nearby twice a week. I definitely recommend it!

A good hotel according to the criterion of price and quality. We rested from 06/12/2024 to 06/19/2024. Near the sea. The sea is across the road, but it's not a problem to cross - you raise your hand up and the traffic stops. Delicious and varied food. There are a lot of retail outlets nearby, including online ones. Many exchangers with the exchange rate are more profitable than in Russian banks. There are free sun beds with umbrellas on the beach, but there are not enough for everyone at peak times. The safe in the room is paid, but they need to be used, since in one of the rooms, after cleaning, part of the money from the bag disappeared. After a showdown with the police, the cleaners were fired, but the money was not returned. Some guests complained about the non-working air conditioning in the room, but they seemed to be promptly moved to other rooms. Plus, boxes with new air conditioners were delivered every day.
The 4-star hotel is all inclusive, pleasant staff, although not everyone speaks Russian, still help, there is a private beach with its own sun loungers. I definitely enjoyed my stay at this hotel.
We rested for 9 days at the end of May. In general, two pools are quite good, good sun beds and umbrellas, on the beach too and free with the inscription of the name of the hotel on them. The food was delicious, varied, although I still wanted nectarines from fruits, but there were none, I had to buy them in Migros and at the market. The room is cleaned daily, the staff is friendly and courteous. At the beginning of the holiday, the hotel was half empty and it was good, closer to June, families with children began to move in more densely. The balconies are paired with a common partition and we were unlucky with the neighbors - they smoke cigarettes or hookahs around the clock, despite the presence of their child. The audibility in the rooms is good, both through the room door and through the balcony doors, the neighbors seemed to be sitting in our room with their smoking and chatting. The sliding balcony door does not roll, the rollers are old in it, it falls off, the technician repaired it with us and it is useless. There is the same problem with the sliding door shower stall. The toilet door is like a room and opens inward, resting against the toilet, from which there is little space in the toilet and two people cannot disperse, the toilet seat is smaller and constantly moves out. The furniture in the room is tired, as are the above mechanisms. The light bulbs are burnt out in two places. We took a ticket with the presence of a hammam, we thought we would warm up there after the cold pools, but in fact it turned out that we had to book in advance when there would be finances for a bath attendant and massage, if you want, and entrance to it only from the street. There are no animators and entertainment, and it is very boring on rainy days. Wi-Fi is free only in the lobby, you have to pay for access in the room.
There is no owner, the pool is not cleaned, the beach is not equipped, broken sun beds and umbrellas. But the food is delicious, the rooms are good), the staff is friendly)
Everything in the hotel and near the hotel was ruined, but the beach area and the entrance to the sea are tin!!!! Just because of the lack of a normal beach area and entrance to the sea, I will never go to this part of Alanya again!!!!
We had a rest at the end of July. A terrible hotel, apparently there was no high-quality repair for a very long time, the curtains are torn, the shower is dirty. The food in the restaurant is of poor quality, what remains in the evening is on the table in the morning. The location of the restaurant on the 5th floor of the hotel is a very dubious idea, because the smell of burnt oil spreads throughout all floors.we had 2 rooms, for my wife and me and separately for the children. The children's room stank of sewage, and their room was changed with grief on the 3rd day.
Only the sea, the sun and Alanya itself were happy!
Well, the hotel is far from 4 stars. Maximum 3. Everything is old, plumbing is very bad. Cleaning is rare and haphazard. There was no hot water for 1 day. Old, moldy sun beds were put out on the sea. The mattresses were pulled out some dirty ones. Umbrellas are rusty, dirty people dug themselves in as best they could. The food is monotonous and meager. In general, I do not recommend it. It's not 4 stars for sure. Drinks are also a problem. The coffee from the vending machine is disgusting, the alcohol is terrible.
Great hotel! Arriving at 4:30 a.m., we ordered burgers with juice and checked into the room. The room is ordinary, with a view of the pool, the air conditioning is working. An additional three-minute walk, umbrellas and sun beds are free, the beach bar is paid. The food in the restaurant is excellent! There are:vegetables, fruits, meat of various preparations, fish. New dishes every time. I recommend the hotel!
There is something to strive for, in the old days it was better, everything is falling into disrepair, it is necessary to restore rooms and update furniture and inventory. My score is 3.5, no more.
A normal hotel, delicious food, the beach is within walking distance. The furniture is a little old, and the attitude towards you will be the same as you will behave yourself. If you smile, then people smile back.
I am sorry to everyone who was there and sincerely wish no one to get into this "hotel".I was poisoned 3 times in 8 days, although I avoided salads that stood for 2 days, I don't say anything.if you want to leave the most disgusting impressions about Turkey in general, go to this hotel.I am more than sure that this review will be deleted :)
And remember, room 1104 is a living hell, which stinks of sewage from morning to evening.
In terms of food, the hotel pulls in a four. Animation is almost at zero, but they arrange a Turkish show twice a week in the evenings. I liked the dervish dance on Wednesday. On Sunday, some Turkish ensemble of two guys and three girls didn't really come in. The pool is small for so many rooms and looks like a swimming pool. There is not much food to choose from, but the cuisine is delicious and changes every day. During the week there were various meats and some kind of white fish. Don't expect seafood here. The rooms are modest on the Internet with a small toilet and shower, but this is how lucky you are and you can try to change for free. In general, if you need quality food and proximity to the sea, then you can visit this hotel. Nice view from the restaurant on the 5th floor. A restaurant under the roof is definitely a +. You know what alcohol is like in Turkey. Take it with you, the price tags in Turkey for alcohol are 3 times higher. Food prices are also higher than in Russia. There are many clothing outlets nearby.
Value for money, excellent, close to the sea, the hotel has everything except the gym, the staff is not bad, but they don't care about you visitors, rooms are cleaned often, food in the dining room,in the assortment
Does not match the stated 4 stars , the food is monotonous . Of the fruits in summer , only oranges and apples are small .The doors to the balcony as well as to the bathroom do not close , they are broken . Fortunately, the sea is next to the broken umbrellas .
Not a bad hotel. There is no variety of fruits - apples, plums, pears, oranges. At the reception, they could not change the hotel room for 2 days, because there was a smell of sewage. I had to contact the administrator.
What is the most important thing for you in the hotel? Service, stardom, food? For me, a hotel is about the people who work in it. This is our second vacation at the Artemis Princess Hotel. This year I felt a little sad not to meet two people who used to work here. But the third one, who called himself Mustafa Kemal, you know who, turned out to be on the spot. Two years ago he worked as a bartender, now he is also a restaurant administrator. Meals, by the way, can only be purchased for breakfast, or breakfast and dinner, like us, or "all inclusive. " The big plus of this hotel is that the entire infrastructure is nearby. Within walking distance - taxi, bus stop, sea. The market is held twice a week - grocery and industrial goods, several chain stores. A little bit about the numbers. The double room has a large bed, a sofa, a wardrobe, a small refrigerator. Room cleaning and a 1.5 liter bottle of drinking water are provided daily. The view from the balcony is to the grove or to the courtyard. There is a small swimming pool and sun beds in the courtyard. A wonderful view of the mountains opens from the window of the restaurant on the fifth floor. Now about nutrition. 4 hot dishes are served for breakfast - pancakes, omelette, sausages, soup. There were eggplants twice, today - baked tomatoes with cheese. Of the cold appetizers, I really liked arugula, parsley, green salad. The greens are delicious and fresh, not at all like ours. From vegetables - tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, olives, herbs, red peppers, onions, salted salads with vinegar. For children - yogurt, milk, breakfast cereals, raisins, dried apricots. From fruits - apples, pears, oranges. I've always preferred the latter - they don't look very good, they taste juicy and sweet. From drinks - juices, high-quality tea, from a samovar, a coffee machine with a standard set of coffee. Pastries and fresh white bread are always available. Dinner - four hot dishes, fruits, sweets. They gave me fish three times, each time different. Chef Ali always goes out into the hall and checks how the guests are having dinner. You can talk endlessly about Artemis Princess and what is next to the hotel. Instead, I suggest travelers with a small budget to book and go themselves. Have a good rest!
A wonderful hotel, with good service and cuisine. Everything is compactly and comfortably located and close to the sea - within walking distance, and it's nice to walk past shops and hotels.
Great vacation! Thank you all! Pay special attention to Ainur's professional massage, be sure to use her services! Thank you for the wonderful attitude of the receptionist Vitalik, And all the hotel staff. Good kitchen, clean rooms, what else do you need for a great vacation;! I recommend it and I will be happy to come myself
We rested from 08/14/2021 to 08/13/2021.
A normal hotel for a relaxing family holiday. The sea is five minutes from the hotel. Friendly staff, a Russian-speaking hotel guide (at the first meeting he began to breed a hammam), the girls also understand Russian at the reception. We checked in immediately (we got a room on the 4th floor with a street view). The room is slightly tired, but everything needs to work. We are not annoying people, and therefore we simply did not pay attention to minor flaws. WiFi at the reception is freely available, the normal speed is only near it. We took a Wi-Fi access card for 3 dollars for one day (we used it until we left, for some reason they didn't turn it off), I caught it all over the hotel, even near the pool, the speed is quite normal. I can't say anything about animation, because we only came to swim in the sea and didn't want any other entertainment. There is a mosque nearby, so be prepared that at 5 a.m. the mullah will call for prayer from the loudspeaker. Although it didn't bother at all. The breakfasts are a little monotonous (mostly eggs in different variations and French fries, there were pancakes a couple of times). Lunch and dinner are quite good. We've never been hungry. The rooms are a little tired, but generally fine. The rooms are cleaned regularly. There are Bim and Sok grocery stores nearby. You can pay in dollars or euros there - the change will be calculated in lira at the normal exchange rate. There is a market nearby on Thursdays and Mondays. If you want to arrange shopping, then there is a large Alanium shopping center about 2 km from the hotel. It is easy to walk. There is also a large grocery supermarket - you can buy all sorts of sweets there-much cheaper than at the markets down the street.
The food is excellent, chicken meat, fish daily. The service is good, the rooms are cleaned daily. The staff is unobtrusive. The location is great. The market is on Monday and Thursday. Fruits (strawberries, cherries, premium apricots , this is what I bought and eat, 35 lira (2 dollars). The pools are cleaned daily.
There are a lot of disadvantages in fact, this is cleanliness of course. Only the pool and the first building are cleaned normally, the second is of course dirty, the food is also as cheap as possible, there are few fruits. Only vegetables are excellent. And the cuisine is not diverse. On day 10, it is no longer possible to eat the same thing
Problems with the Internet, bad Wi-Fi. The air conditioner broke down, the room was changed. The other room smelled strongly of damp. This is one of the disadvantages. One of the advantages is the very friendly people who work at the hotel. The hotel is on the second line, but it is very close. The beach has its own territory, umbrellas and sun beds are free of charge. Overall, we liked it.
Not a very pleasant place, with very poor service, it's a maximum of 3, definitely not 4
The food is more or less, but on the last day of rest they were poisoned
Positive: good location, right next to shops, a market and a supermarket (there are few of them), a few minutes to the sea. An excellent hotel guide (much better than the dull tour operator guides). The service is good, the rooms are cleaned daily. Cheaply. The beach nearby is generally free, because this is not Alanya, but a suburb, everything is well-maintained and cool.
Cons: it doesn't pull for 4, the rooms are very tired, the furniture is old, everything is shabby, the bathroom cabinet doors are half torn off, the air conditioner is buzzing, there is nowhere to hang the laundry to dry. The food is monotonous, almost nothing has changed, the buns are all empty without filling, they just look different, the burgers in the bar are like sandwiches, the French fries are unsalted and soft. WiFi barely catches and only in the lobby.

The hotel is not bad.of course there is no chic buffet.but you won't stay hungry either.there are a lot of age-related visitors. The beach is bad
One big disadvantage is that repairs are required. Something is constantly flowing, falling off. The plumber rushes around, eliminates, but the communications are very tired. Everything else is fine. The food is delicious and varied, the staff is polite and helpful. Cleaning every day. The main thing is that the sea is close! On the city beach there are a number of sunbeds with umbrellas from the hotel. The beach is sandy.
