i stayed on 16.12.2024. There was no problem in the general accommodation of the hotel, but 1 and 2. The air conditioners on the floors failed and we had to stay in the cold until morning. And none of the officials even cared. They are already opportunistic about the price due to the earthquake, they write a price of 2700 TL, we don't say anything about it, and then they ask if there was a minibar usage when they left the hotel frozen in the morning. It's been 4 days since the accommodation, but despite my call, they still haven't cut our bill. So my advice to those who will stay is do not pay before entering the room
