The salon is located near the house, which is why my husband visits it quite often.
If mono bouquets are bought, then everything is fine, the flowers are fresh and quite well worth it, but as soon as a bouquet is purchased, it costs 2 days maximum and I start throwing out a flower every day, it's very insulting and unpleasant. On December 23, we had a discharge from the hospital, my husband bought flowers, today I am already throwing roses out of the bouquet, they are just rotten already at the base of the bud (pruning and changing water regularly), and flowers bought on the same day in other salons are excellent.
It is unpleasant to be disappointed once again.

I've been buying flowers in this store for 13 years, since it opened. there is always a good assortment. And I've seen more than once how girls sort out and throw away low-quality goods!
I'm almost always fine. But I don't expect the flowers to last a week... unless it's gypsophila or protea.
It's a shame for your favorite store that they write negative reviews. Guys, Ow! Judging by the reviews, you think you're buying artificial eternal flowers.
Fresh flowers are always a lottery. Study the issue and buy the most resistant ones! Do not take roses and bush roses, hydrangeas, and there will be no quick disappointments.
It's a shame that the store is suffering from your illiteracy.

The young man presented a bouquet on February 14th (in the evening), the bouquets looked good, the florist made a beautiful arrangement. However, in the morning, all the roses bowed their heads... carnations too! Although carnations are one of the most resistant flowers that I know, and usually last at least 5-6 days! The bouquet was not the cheapest, and the florist assured the young man that the bouquet would last a long time, that the flowers were fresh.… Does a fresh flower behave like that? No! This is a real hoax! I don't understand where this assessment comes from, if this problem (judging by the reviews) is not a point problem, but a systemic one! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller. I am attaching a photo of the "remaining" carnations to the review, unfortunately, the roses have already had to be thrown out.
I know how to take care of flowers, and alas, it was no longer possible to save them.

When visiting the store, it left the impression that it was not working, and the door was simply forgotten to close)
The staff was busy with some kind of "big" order, and they were reluctant to answer questions about possible compositions... Instead of communicating, they advised me to go to the site to see possible options, after I selected a composition on the site that cost 105p, they said that now it was far from the amount for which it could be collected, and that the prices from the site were not relevant..why then mislead the client? And in general, if you only work for large orders, close the door to the store :)
I'll leave 2 stars, only for the girl who was the only one who somehow tried to talk to me, and the woman with the rhinestone eyelashes didn't seem to want to see anyone at all, and if I asked anything else, she'd kick me out. out the door)
I don't even want to think about buying anything here after such a "service".

It was a very sad experience. I bought a bouquet for my mom's birthday, I chose a ready-made one, I really liked it, I bought a bouquet around 8 pm. The next morning, literally one night later (the bouquet, of course, was in the water), almost all the flowers simply wilted. With the cost of a bouquet of 125 rubles, this is just a blatant absurdity, demonstrating the attitude of the management towards its customers. We won't be coming back here anymore. And it's not even about the money, but the fact that when we buy a bouquet, we hope that it will please our loved ones for a while, and not show them a demonstrative death.

It's a terrible store. An extremely negative impression. I bought 2 bouquets as a birthday present (1 of them was collected in advance, the 2nd was collected with me). I was extremely surprised when I saw such a trick in the finished bouquet that the staff does. No wonder the flowers wilted the next day.

For those who do not like ordinary flowers (roses, alstroemeria, etc.), the choice is quite small. Unfortunately, it will not be possible to make a complex and "wild" bouquet.
And the store itself is pretty: convenient location and in addition to flowers there are many other tricks. However, out of my two visits, I twice encountered unfriendly flower girls (florists) and disdainful attitude.
