The young man presented a bouquet on February 14th (in the evening), the bouquets looked good, the florist made a beautiful arrangement. However, in the morning, all the roses bowed their heads... carnations too! Although carnations are one of the most resistant flowers that I know, and usually last at least 5-6 days! The bouquet was not the cheapest, and the florist assured the young man that the bouquet would last a long time, that the flowers were fresh.… Does a fresh flower behave like that? No! This is a real hoax! I don't understand where this assessment comes from, if this problem (judging by the reviews) is not a point problem, but a systemic one! I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND this seller. I am attaching a photo of the "remaining" carnations to the review, unfortunately, the roses have already had to be thrown out.

Instead of communicating, they advised me to go to the site to see possible options, after I selected a composition on the site that cost 105p, they said that now it was far from the amount for which it could be collected, and that the prices from the site were not relevant..why then mislead the client? And in general, if you only work for large orders, close the door to the store :)

It was a very sad experience. I bought a bouquet for my mom's birthday, I chose a ready-made one, I really liked it, I bought a bouquet around 8 pm. The next morning, literally one night later (the bouquet, of course, was in the water), almost all the flowers simply wilted. With the cost of a bouquet of 125 rubles, this is just a blatant absurdity, demonstrating the attitude of the management towards its customers. We won't be coming back here anymore. And it's not even about the money, but the fact that when we buy a bouquet, we hope that it will please our loved ones for a while, and not show them a demonstrative death.
