The store is beautiful, the location is convenient, but ...
I came to them for the first time, went in the evening to buy roses for the birthday girl, went home (10 minutes) opened the paper, and the flower is rotten, it is immediately visible that the petals are moving away from the branch.
I am upset by this attitude towards my customers.

I always order flowers here and always remain satisfied! Where to begin? Perhaps with flowers! There are exactly the flowers that my girlfriend loves here! They are always fresh and beautiful! If suddenly these flowers are not available, the store staff always contact me and we decide what to do (order other flowers or wait for delivery)! The staff is always polite, friendly and patient! Sometimes, I have to pay for an order in different ways (including from abroad) and the store always presents the best and most convenient payment option! Before I found the Artflora store, I tried to order a bouquet from some other company,,, and was very disappointed! Therefore, now I order and will order only here! Many thanks to all the employees of the Artflora company! And especially to the florist Tatyana Yurievna! I know that it is Tatiana Yurievna who often collects bouquets for my girlfriend! :)

Great store and customer attitude!
I ordered flowers here for March 8th. Despite the order in the afternoon, the bouquet from the site was able to be collected by the end of the day. He looked even better than in the photo on the website. The only drawback is that for all bouquets on holidays, delivery is paid. The first time the recipient failed to accept the bouquet, but the store contacted me and after the courier returned the bouquet (delivered by Yandex), re-arranged the delivery. And this despite the fact that the delivery was after 9, and the store is open until 9

Always bought here, though more expensive, but the flowers were fresh. We decided to order a wedding bouquet and were disappointed. At the approval of the bouquet, the photo was sent from a more successful angle than it is. Upon receipt, I was very upset by the size of the bouquet, it turned out to be very small, two times smaller than stated on the website. It is clear that it was already too late to return it. When contacting inst, they replied that the size, in their opinion, is the same. Judge for yourself ...
I would not advise ordering bouquets here for this kind of event, so as not to face such deception. Accordingly, we don't set foot in this store anymore💔

I bought flowers as a gift for Mother's Day on 13.10. When assembling the bouquet, I was assured that all the flowers were from the same batch and very fresh, with proper care they would last up to 2 weeks. 14.10 one of the inflorescences of the bouquet withered and fell off, the composition, as well as the mood were spoiled. It is a pity that I entrusted the opportunity to please the closest person to this particular store.
Next, I want to note that I tried to clarify with the sellers (rather sellers, not florists) how we can solve this issue, because the bouquet did not stand for even a day. To which I received an answer that this store is not responsible for its product, the life cycle of this plant is generally 5 days (although before that I was provided with completely different information) and no one owes me anything. I do not recommend contacting this store, a product with the same quality (or maybe better) is sold in the transition for a lower price.

The rating is ZERO stars!!!! Disgusting store and staff! The audacity is off the scale! We bought flowers here many times, hoping that this time they will last longer! After purchase, the next day the flower petals are sluggish and the green leaves are falling down! After asking the sellers a question, they suggest pruning the stem more and putting it in a cool room, which is exactly what I did every time! There is no miracle!!! Mentally, each of your customers says "thank you" for the flowers they bought from you, which will stand for TWO days and goodbye!!!! Special thanks for ruining the holidays with your flowers. I advise everyone to avoid this "store"

I bought 3 branches with daisies in this store. I left the store at 20:35, the next morning absolutely all the daisies wilted. They didn't freeze, the water was changed, my wife didn't beat me with them, but they ended so quickly anyway. And the price tag of 36 rubles per night has disappeared.
I do not recommend this flower shop. The staff is also withering. But maybe it was evening-the sellers were tired)

On big holidays, it's worth ordering bouquets in advance, then it will be a really impressive bouquet that everyone standing in line on the day of the holiday will look at when you pick it up.
There is a ramp with handrails, so you can drive both with a wheelchair and in a wheelchair.
There is no large parking nearby, it may be difficult to park.

Great store! I arrived 3 minutes before closing time, I couldn't decide on a bouquet for a long time, but the florist patiently told me all about the flowers and helped with the choice!
