Sellers-"experts" without expertise make a conclusion without delving into the problem! And the essence of the problem is that we contacted the store about a poor-quality set of underwear, or rather, its poor-quality coloring. The linen set lost its color after a short period of use, or rather, all the dye was absorbed into the mattress cover, blanket, and pillows. The store staff offered only to conduct an expert examination at their own expense. But it's not about money! It's about the approach to the problem and the desire to figure it out. I've been loving ARTYOM for 15 years, ever since they brought kits directly from Ivanovo, and I still use some of them with love in the country! But after the recent incident, I will no longer purchase kits from this brand! I sincerely advise you not to!
