The room is clean, cozy and spacious. but there is one thing, not significant, but very offensive, in the shower, in order to swim, you need to constantly keep the button pressed, it offends and offends. The hotel feels sorry for the hot water. But there is a way out, remove the button and seal it with a film, then the button will always be pressed =)

A good hotel for Yerevan in terms of price-quality ratio. It looks fresh, the rooms are fresh too. The towels are white, there is a set of products in the bathroom. The whole bathroom and shower room in particular, as I like it. Modern, clean. The only thing is that water is leaking from the shower. Still, for example, the sides on the floor would not hurt. The safe is free of charge. The minibar is paid. There are several hangers in the closet. Slippers, a shoe spoon, there was some kind of sponge. Laundry services are available. It is inconvenient that there is no iron either on the floor or anywhere else. Only give to employees. As for me, this is not very convenient. And I feel more comfortable ironing my own things. In general, things, fortunately, were not much wrinkled, they walked like that. They came and asked if it was hot under the blanket, they could change it for a lighter one. But we weren't hot. There seemed to be cleaning every day. There were no worries from the roommates at the hotel. Sometimes it seemed that we were alone. But no, people met at breakfast. The rest of the time it was very quiet and peaceful. The staff is good. We arrived a little earlier, settled in immediately. There are glasses in the room. Upon request, we were given a mug, a spoon, and a teapot. It would also be possible to put coolers on the floors. But if anything, there's a shop across the street. There is a parking lot in front of the hotel. The breakfasts are modest and monotonous. One main course is sausages with some kind of side dish. Cheese, sausage cuts, a couple of salads, pancakes, cookie rolls, boiled eggs, yoghurts. In general, you can eat. It is better not to delay breakfast, come within the first hour. We came once around 10 and realized that the food was not being reported. By location. The metro is nearby, 10 minutes at a leisurely pace. Republic Square is one station away. The way to the subway is not very picturesque - through back streets and car washes, but on the second day you do not pay attention. There is a shopping mall across the street from the subway entrance, where you can exchange money.

I lived in this hotel for 8 days, extended the room three times, cleaned the room every day, but the pastels were not changed. There was a mini-bar in the refrigerator that made it difficult to place food. The breakfast is excellent, the staff is polite and friendly, but there was a canteen employee in the hall who constantly looked into his mouth. I give a rating of 3+. Overall, a good hotel with a panoramic roof.

A quiet, peaceful place, half an hour on foot to the center or 7 minutes in the evening by taxi for 1000 AMD. I stayed here to work and see my friends on the weekend, the food in the morning was a buffet, lunch was served separately, the food was delicious. The Internet is so-so, the zoom was a little laggy, but it just didn't make sense for me to buy a separate SIM card.

Overall, the hotel left a good impression. The buildings and rooms are modern, clean, not shabby, quite spacious. Special respect for the mosquito nets on the windows!!! It seems to be a small thing, but important, and many hotels needlessly neglect this. The rooms also have good sound insulation, which is rare. The air conditioning in the rooms is built into the wall, but it works properly. One of the disadvantages is a strange shower. It consists of a fixed upper watering can attached to the wall and a watering hose. The joke is that in order for the water to pour out of the upper watering can, you must first let the water out of the watering hose, adjust the temperature and, without turning off the hose, press the button that turns on the watering can. After that, in theory, you can release the button and the water from the upper watering can will continue to flow, but in reality this button constantly returned back and the water from the watering can stopped flowing. I managed to catch stable work only once. Why this complex and non-working mechanism is needed instead of the usual faucet is not clear =) Also a fat minus to the hotel for the complete absence of coolers. They don't give water to the room for free either, if you want, you can pay from the minibar for 300 AMD. It seems to me that for such a decent hotel, paid water in the rooms is a direct minus. Breakfasts for 3 and 5. There are only 2 hot dishes + there is no coffee machine, only 3in1 + few seats. The location is far from the center and to the nearest metro station you need to walk along a stremy street through the industrial zone, where there are no people in the evening... The problem is solved via taxi)

It's a very complicated shower, you won't understand how this system works from 3 times. A very boring breakfast. You have to beg for everything: an omelet, a kettle in the room, tea. In principle, everything is 3 stars and the attitude of the staff is friendly, but why do you need to guess whether the kettle and omelet are on or not? The hotel is 5-7 minutes from the metro, 2 stops to the center.

It's not the first time we've stayed at the hotel, but this time we stayed here for 7 days, so I can objectively assess all the advantages and disadvantages.1. Many thanks to everyone - from the director to the staff, for the warm welcome! They met us like family and helped us solve all our problems. This is very important, especially when you are in another country! 2. Breakfast was prepared according to the wishes of the guests: they cooked porridge, baked, etc. Coffee was for every taste (coffee machine). 3. The rooms are cozy! The cleanliness is perfect, cleaning every day. 4. The location relative to the Center of Yerevan did not bother us at all: 7 minutes to the metro and only 1-2 stops to drive. Or you can walk.... It's even useful! In general, I sincerely recommend this HOTEL. The price and quality are fully consistent! Well, if you look for flaws, then you can find them in any, even the best, hotel.....Everything was wonderful for us and we will remember the days spent in Yerevan with pleasure.

The room is neat, clean and quiet.
I lived in an economical single room. The shower stall is simple, but it closes tightly. I agree about the strange shower switch, but I didn't experiment, I just showered with a hose.
In my room (economical!) there was a mini-bath, but I do not know how it works.
There is also a built-in climate control system in the room.
Breakfast may be different at different times, in my stay it was "hot" - it's always funny little sausages, and two of them: buckwheat, rice, pasta, mashed potatoes, and about a dozen different pickles, snacks like sausage, butter, cheese (?), fruits. Something else. Tea bags are black and green, but there are several types of jam for tea (as I understand it).
It doesn't seem to be a pickle, but it's okay.
Yes, it's unclear about the water, but there is a local shop literally across the street, you can definitely buy water there. But it's better to have cash.
Location. There is nothing right next to the hotel, but 6 minutes along the industrial zone to the metro or 3-4 kilometers along normal streets to the center, Republic Square. In the other direction there is the shopping center "Yerevan Hall" and "Oasis", the Yerevan supermarket, which I liked the most (look at the map).

A quality hotel close to the airport and train station. I got a good room. Spacious, well-equipped, with a fairly large bathroom, a large table and a chest of drawers.
Pleasant reception lobby. Polite and Russian-speaking staff.
Breakfast is not bad, although porridge and omelette should be begged to make. They are not on the issue.
Coffee only from sachets or instant from a bowl.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean, tidy, gorgeous delicious breakfasts. Walking distance to the metro is 6 minutes, to the Yerevan Mall shopping center is 8 minutes. Everything you need is nearby and at the same time the hotel itself is located in a fairly quiet location. There is no noise and bustle of the city. I stay at the hotel from 01/16/2023 to 02/10/2023.
Excellent room, there are options for heating the room (different temperature regimes), you will not freeze, it is very comfortable. When I stopped by, the shower was a little broken, but it was immediately repaired without any problems. The Internet did not work 1 time during the entire stay and only for half an hour, as the router took a long time to reboot.
Cleaning every day, very friendly staff throughout the hotel and will always help in any situation.
Overall, I really liked everything.
But you need to keep in mind that if you want to bring someone to the room (for the night), you will need to pay extra (check at the reception right away).
You also need to understand that breakfast is always the same, but this is not a problem for those who stay for a short time. It was quite normal for me, since I always eat the same thing for breakfast. You can ask to cook an omelet, scrambled eggs, porridge (this is what I asked for, maybe there is something else). Lunch and dinner are also available for a fee.
It is a 10-minute walk from the metro (really) and 15-20 minutes by taxi from the center (if you go in the evening).
I recommend this hotel.

We booked a hotel on Yandex Travel. To get a room with a bathroom, you need to warn in advance. There was no kettle in the room, it was brought on the last day when we went to the reception to order tea. In general, the room is spacious, clean, they gave out disposable toothbrushes, shower gels, shampoos, soap, a hair comb, slippers, a shoe sponge. There is a mini bar, TV, telephone. We arrived in early March, it was cold in the room, we had to turn on the air conditioner, it was very noisy and poorly heated. The bed is large, but the springs were strongly felt.
