We made an order for the manufacture of 2 bedside tables and made an advance payment. The production time is 60 calendar days. 3.5 months have passed - the phones (specified in the contract) are not available. On Instagram, messages asking when we can pick up our order (since the production deadline has long been out) are viewed, but they do not respond. I don't even know what it's called - they took the money and disappeared, a terrible attitude towards their client. I have never encountered this at all - it is a complete disappointment, I do not recommend contacting this company to anyone.

I do not recommend anyone to work with this company. They disrupt the delivery time. There is no feedback from the factory, deadlines are constantly postponed, and the transfer is reported on the last day when the car arrives from the factory, there is no other connection with the factory. After another postponement, the order was refused. As a result, we lost money on the exchange rate difference, since prepayment is accepted in Belarusian rubles.

The order was made even ahead of time. They were delivered to Moscow for the amount that was agreed upon. We ordered doors, baseboards and furniture for the bedroom and hallway remotely with delivery to Moscow. The service surprised us, we communicated in WhatsApp, responded super quickly and in detail, communicated for several months (!), there were many torments of choice and approvals) but everything went well, the order was made on time. There was a complaint, but it was quickly settled and a corrected part was sent. Several skirting boards and doorways were bent, but this was leveled during installation. Logistics works precisely, accurately, they call back every step. The doors and furniture themselves are amazingly beautiful, I recommend it to everyone. In Moscow, the same furniture under a different name is much more expensive. So are the doors. And I studied the market in great detail before placing an order here. Special thanks to Anastasia, she led us for a long time but then suddenly left. Irina, who picked us up and carefully carried us to the moment of ordering. After the manufacture (30 working days under the contract), the logistician Svetlana contacted me, clarified the delivery company, I made the full payment and my bed, having traveled 1,500 kilometers, came to me seven days later

I got acquainted with the ArtSkver company due to the fact that they are, among other things, OFIC. partners of the Postavsky Furniture Center (PMC), whose products supplied to Russia (interior doors), I really liked at the time and bought only them.. -> time passed -> and unfortunately, to buy in Russia several pieces of the model they liked (quite cheap, made of solid pine) it became simply impossible -> periodically, for a year or more, managers of large stores in Moscow, St. Petersburg, and other cities "refused" to help, apparently because of the smallness of the order / price it was not profitable or for some other reason.
And literally out of desperation, not counting on anything at all, I turned to "another country" (although the most related to us), to the ArtSkver company, without even first finding the door model I needed on their website -> the manager turned out to be very attentive, picked up what I needed, although I myself I understood that it would be quite a "small" order for them.
It turned out that every customer is important to the company - and the one who buys something from oak and pine)) And working with this company, it is even easier (and more reliable) to buy a profile product from the Republic of Belarus to some extent than to order something similar in Russia! -> As a result, ArtSkver met the contract exactly on time (35 days), although it was completely uncritical for us. And such a long period is determined mainly by the "custom-made" production at the PMC itself (if not in stock). And the transportation of the recommended TC cost reasonable money and took only 5 days (>1000km).
In the future, if I need products of a similar profile, firstly, I will consider buying something "more expensive" (their alders, for example). Secondly, even realizing that more or less expensive models of PMC doors are still presented in Russia, I would first of all turn to the ArtSkver company as a proven and reliable company that "appreciates" every customer, even such a small one as "me"). Well, and thirdly, turning to the most important partner (ArtSkver) of the manufacturer (PMC), you are guaranteed to have a much larger selection of models/ colors of its products (literally the entire range) than offered by someone in Russia, where managers first of all need to sell either "leftovers", or something that has already been stored in the warehouse..
As a result, the ArtSkver company literally "helped me out"! -> I can give them, without options, a solid five!
PS. in the photos in the package there are new purchased doors, in addition to those already installed (the varnish darkens over time). You need to make a discount on their price category, as they say "everything has its price", and in fact the pictures do not convey all the beauty and naturalness of a natural tree (with knots). By the way, literally 10% more expensive there is the same model, already without knots.
