On June 29, 2024, I purchased a Tissot PRX Automatic 80 watch at the ArtTime store at 29 Sherif Himshiashvili St., Batumi. Initially, I was happy with the purchase, but after 1.5 weeks the watch began to lag significantly. Despite careful daily use, the watch required several repairs for the same reason. After the first repair, I noticed new scratches and potential manipulations with the internal mechanism. The last time I got them back, the watch also failed a simple water resistance test, which is unacceptable.
Throughout the entire process, the ArtTime staff was polite, but the service results left much to be desired. The quality of the repair work was unsatisfactory, which caused me to doubt the authenticity of the parts used. Now I am trying to get a full refund or a replacement watch and I hope that ArtTime will promptly resolve this issue in order to restore my trust.

A wonderful saleswoman provided me with the right lenses in a couple of minutes. And she advised her daughter to buy eye drops for inflammation at a nearby pharmacy.
