The most honest review.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND EATING HERE.
It's a pity that I didn't read the reviews initially.
We decided to eat in front of the park. At first, we thought of eating in Urumqi. When they saw that there was, to put it mildly, unsanitary conditions, they were horrified and came to the As Kazan. We came and studied the menu, the variety of lagmans is very impressive. In my mind, I was already preparing with the child for sweets. It's time to order. The waitress girls walked, sat, and fainted at the bar. In a word, they stubbornly tried not to notice us and not take the order. I had to wait for the greenhouses. I accepted the order very quickly: guiru lagman, sorpa and pilaf.
Sorpa - it was brought quickly. The taste is very pleasant. A little lean. Two pieces of meat 2x2 cm.
Guiru lagman (the child was eating) - it looks like it's appetizing. But the dough seemed strange. After trying it, the dough turned out to be old. It's like they cooked it early in the morning, or yesterday's dough. They asked the waiter to change it, explained. They brought it in 10-15 minutes. The dough is wonderful as it should be. The child liked everything. But after 40-50 minutes. The child began to have a stomach ache. I felt sick. As a result, severe diarrhea, weakness. I suspect that the chefs did not like the replacement of the dish and did it haphazardly. I hope they didn't spit there.
For understanding, we are lovers of lagman and delicious food. For example, you can go to any cafe in Yassawi, where all the lagmans are fresh and on the level.
Pilaf is a small portion, about 2-3 cm thick. The rice is all solid. It was as if the leftovers from the cauldron had been scraped off and put into a plate. There was no meat at all. I'll attach a photo, judge for yourself.
Result. Pilaf has not been changed. Thanks to the cooks for poisoning the child. We spent 6200tg on three dishes and a coke (not even to compare with the cafe Vostochka on Yassaui, the portions are huge and much cheaper)
The owner and management of the cafe. Get rid of the flies. They break into the bathroom when you wash your hands (there must be a separate bathroom). In a word, put things in order, or close up. I'm talking to 20 years of catering baggage.

Были здесь второй раз, нам очень нравится лагман, было вкусно. Баурсаки свежие и горячие, вкуснятина) персонал вежливый, быстрое обслуживание. Чисто, атмосфера приятная. Вернёмся ещё, за лагманом) фото к сожалению нет, все быстро съели)

A shabby dining room where many types of lagmans are prepared. The hall is not very clean. Lagmans are expensive in price (2890 tenge). The meat is not fried, it is impossible to chew. But you can eat salads at a cheaper price than in decent cafes, or taste soups and European dishes (cutlets with mashed potatoes, dumplings, borscht, etc.).

Приезжая в Алматы, каждый раз стараюсь зайти к ним. Обалденные лагманы, которых в меню около 30 различных. Вкусно всегда. Бизнес похоже семейный - ребята молодцы. Одно из мест в котором что то есть ... :)

Офицанты с наплевательским отношением, лагман будто достали с микроволновки, салат малибу оказался с испорченными помидорами, не помню когда в последний раз был в настолько плохом заведении. Терминал для Kaspi QR есть, но он «не работает», по крайней мере нам так сказали. Еда 0/5 обслуживание 0/5. Пусть отзыв везде будет.

Лагман только покупаем. И картошка фри, пицца. Остальное Еда мне не очень их ни меню нравится. Всегда у них нету. Или закончился. Если есть то тогда не вкусно. Мясо жёсткая, не варили до конца. Гигиена чуть отпадает. Не соответствует. Как попало вытирает стол. И всегда ложка, или. Вилка грязное. Хлебные корзина Иногда тоже не чистые. Мне это не нравится.

Всегда уютно, чисто, обслуживание отличное, вкусная кухня , своеобразная, ради их блюд я езжу в такую даль от своего дома, мне из всей сети нравится это именно, просто потому, что впервые я познакомилась с этой кухней именно на Гоголя

Мне нравится, что в Ас-казане вкусно готовят, а также уютно, чисто, приятная обстановка, услужлевый и дружелюбный персонал. Да и в целом отличная атмосфера производит приятное впечатление и вызывает желание снова посетить этот общепит.
