I recently visited AS'SU and was absolutely delighted! Great atmosphere, top—level cleanliness, and most importantly - real heat! The steam room warms up perfectly, the temperature is comfortable and stable.
I really liked the polite and friendly staff, they are always ready to help and keep order. Everything is thought out to the smallest detail: comfortable changing rooms, clean showers, comfortable relaxation areas.
After visiting, you feel incredibly light and refreshed.
I recommend it to anyone who appreciates real bathing traditions and wants to have a good steam bath! I will definitely come back again.

Pros: cleanliness, excellent steam, good steam room, excellent steam rooms, 3 aroma sessions in the shared steam room- garlic, salt, fir, good showers on the steam room floor, good pools.
Cons: small Parking, the water pressure in the showers at the locker room level is poor, sometimes if someone turns on the water in the neighboring cabins, the water barely runs.
Prices have become expensive.

Of the advantages, the sauna is clean, the staff is excellent, the contingent is pleasant - this is a plus. One of the disadvantages is that people can't fit in the steam room and it's the only one, apart from the hammam, and it was a weekday, Thursday evening. The food is not the best, as are the snacks, and of course the price tag is sky high. For me, it's a one-time place, I won't go anymore, I didn't understand the hype around this place, let's just say it didn't catch on!

Clean, cozy, inexpensive, delicious.
The steam room is spacious, steam is prepared every two hours (salt, eucalyptus, fir). There is a swimming pool with warm water and a waterfall, a font with ice water, a hammam, a sauna.
On the second floor there is a kitchen with a good assortment of food and drinks.
3rd floor of the spa. Their massage is at an excellent level (Julia namber van) strong, professional hands, erudition and just a good person!!!
I recommend a place! I will definitely come back to Almaty again!!!

We went to the VIP: two good steam rooms and a balcony is good, a large table. Bad: there is no pool /font, the doors do not close, the staff comes in as if they were at home, you have to pay for every step, slippers, sheets, bathrobes, towels and everything is very expensive. Half of the menu is missing, for example, there are no wines at all, although there are several sections with them in the menu. The steam room is super, the staff seems to be fine, the bath is clean, beautiful, but the prices are slightly overpriced.
Even the daily one was raised 2 times, now 4k. Maybe it's not their fault, maybe they just adapt, I don't know, but at least leave the day 3 so that ordinary people can enjoy it too)
We went for a year, 1-2 times a week, I made all the appointments there, now we don't go at all, it's sad:(

Assu as a public bath is good,
The prices are certainly expensive, renting one sheet costs like two if you buy it at a flea market. And smelly slippers don't cost much. This is a tag for a free car wash, I think it is not necessary to give them out. Women who wash as if they are forcibly forced to do, who wants to let them take a paid washing and peeling service.
