We rented an apartment in this company from October 2 to October 8 and I saw such a boorish attitude for the first time (it's worth noting here that we very often rent housing through booking in different countries)
At first everything was fine , the apartments were clean and well maintained
BUT one fine evening, when I was alone at home and taking a shower, the administrator Elvira began to break into the apartment
The administrator Elvira came with a repairman to check the batteries in the apartment
To my questions, why does she break in now and without any warnings and preliminary calls - Elvira simply declares something like "well, the repairman is here now, where will I look for him later?"
To my persuasion to come in later and come only after a warning, Elvira does not react and launches the repairman into the apartment, where it is visible there are underwear and jewelry (wedding rings) and all the equipment in place
After a while, Elvira and the repairman just leave
Everyone will make a conclusion about the moral character and the level of adequacy of the administrator of Elvira himself
But it's worth noting here: the contract states the following: p "3.4 The Landlord is not responsible for the Tenant's property, which is in the Apartment."
This means that if I had not been at home at the time of the pogrom of Elvira, then nothing would have stopped the administrator Elvira from also breaking in with any other stranger, and this means that it's scary to leave even socks in such an apartment, because anything can happen to them (which is written indirectly in the contract)
P.S. As I mentioned above, this is not the first experience of renting a daily apartment. And during this great experience, different things happened: the shower ran in the apartments, the toilet did not flush , etc.
But each time, the homeowners asked when it was convenient to come and fix the problems. Some additionally agreed to visit the apartment in my absence. No normal person is satisfied with such trash as administrator Elvira

I rented an apartment for my aunt, we were very satisfied: a nice, warm, super clean and bright studio apartment on the 12th floor of the new Lamia residential complex in a good area with a fascinating view of the mountains. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - new furniture and appliances, clean white linen, sparkling bathroom, fast Internet, air conditioning, TV, equipped kitchen, small but with everything you need (there was even tea and bottled water)
The receptionist Elvira was very friendly and helpful! Thank you to the hosts for their responsible attitude to the service offered, it feels like they treat their guests with reverence! We will come back and recommend you!

We liked the apartments, we stayed on the 12th floor. The apartment is chic, clean and big like in a hotel.
Downstairs there is a week and a medovich where you can eat delicious food, sit at your laptop and work while drinking coffee.
We wish Tateshka health and success so that you have five-star hotels all over the world. After all, any big business starts with a small one 😎🥳✊️✊️✊️

We often visit Almaty with my husband, and there are never any problems: "Where are we going to live?!", we always immediately write to Asaapart and give preference to the Lamiya residential complex.
First, about the company: prompt, polite, cozy - everything we like. We have never been left without a roof over our heads, everything is always picked up, settled, welcomed (even at the latest / earliest hour, special thanks for this).
The apartments are stylish, thoughtful, with a beautiful view, always clean, and most importantly, you will be greeted by a full set of everything you need for the first time (slippers, dental kits, gels /shampoos, tea).
In a word: BRAVO!

Very clean rooms (stayed more than once), everything in the apartment is comfortable, everything is new. There is everything you need: irons, washing machine and powder, dryer, microwave, in general, everything you need. Thanks to the administrator Elvira! Everything is clearly explained and helps. I will stop again.

A good place. I lived there a month ago and this is the second time in two years. Near the magnum store, friendly administrator, cleanliness and all amenities in an apartment for 1-2 people. Minus and plus one - the house is new, everything is clean, beautiful and temporary protection has not been removed in some elevators
