Queues are not respected, I sat in line for 30 minutes using an electronic table and in vain ... the bank staff are rude and ill-mannered, I strongly advise against it! In addition, only one of the 3 cash registers is working.

The bank building is located near the Arch pharmacy opposite the Rainbow store, the bank itself is located near the roadway so it can be easily found.
