MD LLC expresses extreme dissatisfaction with the work of the carrier IP Bakun Amir Galymovich, as well as the main legal entity — Asar auto LLP.
Working with this Carrier is very risky, as our practice has shown.
On April 15, 2024, the Carrier assumed responsibility to transport cargo from Kostanay (Kazakhstan) to Chelyabinsk (Russia), where an accident occurred.
As a result of the accident, the cargo transported by this carrier was damaged. A cargo damage report was drawn up at the scene, and a whole investigation was conducted into the culprits of the accident.
According to the police report, the fault of the carrier has been confirmed.
The position of IP Bakun Amir Galymovich (aka Asar auto LLP) is generally not carried by us and we do not know you.
They communicate in a rude way, threaten their "status" (there are records of phone calls).
Despite the availability of all necessary documents confirming the carrier's responsibility for the incident, IP Bakun Amir Galymovich (aka Asar auto LLP) evades taking responsibility, does not get in touch and does not take steps to resolve the situation.
His manager Azamat Asylkhanov also avoids talking, despite the fact that after the accident he actively provided us with information about the condition of the cargo, sent photos and videos.
Also, our client (witness) personally participated in the inspection of the remains of the cargo with the participation of the police in Kazakhstan, where a photo was taken, which is attended by a representative of the injured cargo owner and Bakun Amir Galymovich himself personally.
Thus, the cooperation turned into millions of losses (because we, for our part, compensated the damage to the client), and IP Bakun Amir Galymovich (aka Asar auto LLP understands that his guilt has been officially proven, but does not consider it his duty to bear risks and be responsible for the work of his business.
At the moment, the police investigation has been completed and a trial has been launched.
But we understand that a trial is a very long time and even winning in court does not mean getting monetary compensation.
It is very sad when you meet such irresponsible and slippery entrepreneurs.
Therefore, we do not recommend contacting this carrier.
