I don't know who writes reviews, but the exchange rate is exactly the same as in all exchangers!

Excellent exchanger. Changed dollars. We returned to Baku on weekdays after 17-00, the banks were no longer working. The exchange rate in some kind of exchanger in the center was like at the airport. We found this exchanger on the map. Located in the shopping center between the Hilton Hotel and the embankment. Works from 10-00 to 21-00. The exchange rate turned out to be good, as in a normal bank.
