I want to share an extremely negative experience with the Ase Express courier service. Nothing has changed over the years of interaction — the attitude towards customers is just terrible. It's amazing how a company working in the service sector can afford to keep such rude and incorrect employees. Every time I encounter rudeness, lack of desire to help and basic disrespect. It seems that they are not at all interested in either the reputation or the convenience of customers.
Moreover, even basic requests are executed with huge delays, and calls are answered with a tone as if they were doing a favor. In the 21st century, when the competition among courier services is huge, such an attitude is simply unacceptable. I am disappointed to the limit and will definitely never ask for their services again. I do not recommend it to anyone!
