As a hostel, there are no conditions. They sent us photos of other apartments, in fact, they lure us like that. They don't answer the phone. We changed the room just before we left. It's easy to get through only when you pay money or book, then they don't pick up the phone. It's a big disappointment, they ruined our surprise. So until you make sure that the reserved room is the one you have chosen, do not pay! There's no way we're going there anymore. We wanted to rest for one week, as a result, in the evening when we arrived, we were accommodated not in the junior suite that we had booked, but in the standard. As a result, a dirty bed, a non-working shower, a full trash can and flies. We moved out of this nightmare right away early in the morning.
