An ordinary residential complex that once smacked of an element of elitism. It is extremely inconvenient to drive in and out of the house, especially during "rush hours". There is not enough landscaping and part of the house looks out onto a busy street where there is always a lot of traffic, and this is noise. In short, I would not buy an apartment there.
