At the cash desk with the exchange, the woman is very rude, the queue is large, like they only let you through with a number, but acquaintances without a number and without a queue. The attitude towards customers is terrible (((((((((((

From what I've come across...Parking is a problem, there are always huge queues at the ticket offices with the exchange, this is a huge waste of time and often people are out of line in a friendly way, which leads to an even longer wait.
