And they seem to understand Uzbek and immediately raised a panic, asked what was going on, why they didn't call, and they followed me on a ticket. And the young lady employee replies that they accept the application for opening cards only before lunch. I'm standing, I'm not leaving. She immediately rejected those, saying do you have a PINFL? No - well, then it won't work. I say the terminal gave me a coupon and there is a PINFL, accept the documents - in the end she refused, says here are the forms for you, fill out at home and come back tomorrow. I think well, I'll write them a review now, the time came out at 15:28... Here I am writing, I do not recommend this department.
