A good hotel. The staff is helpful. A patio with slippers, surrounded by greenery and trees and with a cool clean pool. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfasts are also good with real ground coffee to taste. I recommend.

It is located on the border of the old town, the walls of which can be admired directly from the room window. Everything is nearby - restaurants, shops. The room also has everything, the breakfast is standard for Uzbekistan, a lot of sweets and fruits. Coffee from the coffee machine is provided by the staff.

The location is just great.
The only thing I didn't like was breakfast. Terrible and tasteless. For all the time of my stay in this hotel, I had breakfast only 1 time. I ate 3 times on the street. Because it was not tasty. The staff is nice and helpful.

There were a lot of tourists from different countries there. The hotel itself is located in the heart of the old town. A wonderful buffet. And perhaps that's all ...... Then there are only tears. Standard room - no internet, no dental kit. The towels are grey, there is no electric kettle in the room. They nod at requests for help and nothing is decided.
Very indifferent employees.
It is impossible to enter the parking lot, there is no employee on site, and once entered, it is impossible to leave, since the employee locks the gate and goes home.
We didn't find a single cooler with drinking water in the entire hotel, but there is a bar with naturally unrealistically inflated prices.
Unfortunately, the big name did not meet the expectations.

Nice hotel. However, it is already old. The disadvantage is incomprehensible navigation and huge corridors, until you reach your room you will go crazy.
The WiFi is not stable, it is constantly disappearing.
If you come to breakfast in the middle of it, there won't be enough dishes, the food is slowly brought. Instant coffee for breakfast, you can buy money from a small machine.
The plumbing is already leaking, the taps are leaking.

Disgusting. They gave me a room without wifi and hot water, it ended in the middle of the shower. I went to the reception right in the evening. They say. the man called and said that the third boiler would be started now and the water would be in half an hour. It was not relevant. There was no Wi-Fi tomorrow either. I had to ask to be given a different number. At the same time, the manager behaved dryly, harshly and not friendly. I was shocked by this reception. It was March 22, 2023. When I asked to move out from a couple on a tour (a stranger to me), I was offered to pay the full space price for a new room, despite the fact that I spent 1 day without hot water and Wi-Fi, and also there was no shelf in the shower. The guide asked for a discount for me and I was given another private room, where there were dirty brown-stained towels, there was also no shelf in the shower, the tile was dirty, yellow, no washing seams, the phone did not work. I asked for sweets without nuts inside, because I'm allergic. Of the 3 types of pastries, one contained peanuts. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE!!! It looks like a palace, inside there is a dump and rudeness.

We were probably the first guests at this hotel. There were some imperfections, the holder and shelves fell off in the shower, there was construction dust. Despite the fact that the mattresses and pillows are very hard, we slept well. The audibility is excellent. Our Wi-Fi was catching, some did not connect. There is a courtyard with tables .The breakfast at the hotel was delicious and hearty, but the lunch boxes were very poor. There was a TV, but it was not connected to the antenna, it was not connected to the Internet. The refrigerator is also available. But most of all I was surprised by the air conditioner, the outlet for it was made on the opposite wall. The hotel is not bad, and probably all the shortcomings will be eliminated over time.
