We had a rest from 03/28 to 04/08/2025, with children, we really liked the hotel, large territory, friendly staff, good breakfasts, we ate too much, the pool is excellent, warm water, beach, sea is close, the entrance to the sea is smooth, excellent for children, cleaning every day, the room has a hairdryer, tea, coffee, kettle, there is a refrigerator, shampoo, soap, caps, toothbrush cups in the bathroom, there is a fitness center: treadmills, bicycle, various fitness equipment, WiFi is working well, there is Internet in the room, there is also an Internet connection on the pool. Large territory of the hotel, lots of greenery, swings, lawn tennis, golf. The hotel has a massage parlor, we went, we recommend it. I liked everything, we recommend it.

We stayed at the hotel on 13-22.12.2024.
We are very pleased with the hotel. The room, considering that you spend a minimum of time in it, is quite decent. The toiletries are all there, replenished regularly. Towels were changed almost every day. Room cleaning and refilling with bottled water every day. We used water a couple of times, and by the end of the vacation, there was a whole battery of full bottles lined up on the shelf. Special thanks to the staff! Well done! Wardrobe, safe, refrigerator. There were no mosquitoes in the room.The air conditioner is regulated from the system on the bedside table, there are four sockets, they are just double. The plumbing is good with a microlift. There are no complaints about the number. Seen worse in four stars in other countries. Breakfast- you won't leave hungry. The bar is open. The prices are adequate. The pool with a depth of 2.4meters is above praise. The sea is nearby. It's very clean in the morning. The staff is polite, friendly, and try to provide a comfortable stay. We communicated through a Google translator. The location of the hotel is wonderful. Koh Lang Pier is 20 minutes walk away. By taxi, it takes eight minutes and 80 minutes. In general, they often used taxis when traveling to other locations, they arrived immediately.The night market is 10 minutes away.We had dinner at Maxim's and the Green Tables. Of course, there are cool hotels, but I liked this one for its location, the market is within walking distance, a taxi for 80 baht +/- in any direction.

We had a couple vacation in March 2025. I recommend the hotel. The staff is polite. We were accommodated for free in a more comfortable room, because the one we bought "with a view of the sea" was occupied. Everyone will like the location, there is everything you need nearby: a shop, a pharmacy, fruits. massage parlors, cafes of various levels. It is close to the center and inexpensive by taxi (75V). The pool is nice. the beach is nearby, the breakfasts for a 3* hotel in Asia are very good. We read about the "tired furniture", the narrow beach and the lack of balconies in the reviews when choosing a hotel. Of course, it's not new. Therefore, we understood what we were buying. And we didn't regret it.

We stayed at this hotel from December 13 to December 22, 2024. I will not write in detail that the hotel is too old. In fact, the hotel is very decent. Some reviews mention one outlet, but I found three. Two of them are double. They wrote that there was nowhere to dry things. It's really nowhere if you wash it with washing machines. And if you only dry swimsuits, then the bathroom has a shelf and a handrail for drying. We lived in room 328. The room is clean and in good condition. Nothing falls off or is flooded. The linen is snow-white. Daily cleaning service. A night market and a port with ferries to the islands are within walking distance. There are many shops nearby. However, it is necessary to go to the big shopping centers. We took a taxi through the Bolt app to the Terminal 21 shopping center for 118 baht one way. The pool is large, deep and clean. There is a children's water slide and a swimming pool. The beach at the hotel is urban, but there are not many people. There's plenty of room for everyone. In my opinion, the beach is a bit dirty, as is the sea. Although I got the feeling after a trip to the islands, where everything is clean. The fruit breakfasts satisfied us both in terms of assortment and quality. If we go any further, we'll stay at this hotel.

Cons:
- the staff does not understand Russian, they have to communicate through an online translator, it is difficult to explain something
- we take the iron at the reception, we need to go with it to the 2nd floor
- there is no place to dry clothes
- upon check-in, they demanded a deposit of 100 (!) dollars, after my indignation they reduced it to 1000 baht

We had a rest with my wife at the hotel from 24.02 to 5.03.2025. Upon check-in, I asked for a room with a sea view, but the reception desk told me to pay 500 baht per day for this. Our money is 1,500 rubles. Multiply by 9 days. We naturally declined. No one escorted me to my room. No one asked for a $100 deposit. They don't speak Russian or English at the reception. We communicated through a Google translator and we didn't always understand it. The number was 710. Everything you need is there. The lighting is weak. There are 2 outlets and one in the bathroom. The shower in the bathroom is stationary and low. People over 1.90 need to bend down a lot. There were very small ants in the bathroom. We never turned on the TV, because we were tired of it at home. The electronic key of the front door was especially annoying. We were constantly tormented until the door opened. It was only towards the end that they got the hang of it. We were quite satisfied with the breakfasts in the dining room. Although everything is the same, but everything is fresh. Mango and orange juices are very tasty. Fruits of 2 varieties + all kinds of finely chopped in syrup. About 30 percent of the hotel is Russian, the rest are foreigners. The beach at the hotel is small. They don't always clean up. Buy the same thing at the pharmacy at the night market and cheaper. And on the tour of the river Kwai, our guide sang to us that we should definitely do a cool Thai therapeutic massage. We were almost all swimming in it. I ordered a massage for 2 hours, and my wife for an hour. I'll tell you what kind of bullshit. She stroked me there, not massaged me, and she sprained her wife's leg altogether - she began to limp. My wife paid 350 Baht, and I paid 800 Baht. Wasted money. 2 days before departure, I decided to go to the massage parlor at the hotel. There, a Thai woman gave me such a cool massage for 300 baht. I was thrilled. I regretted that I hadn't gone there earlier. And I persuaded my wife and she liked it. The masseuse's name is Pen. An elderly woman. I didn't go to the young ones. So overall I liked the hotel. It's only when the Chinese come for the weekend that it's very noisy.

The main advantages: the first coastline, clean, quiet, cozy beach, tennis court and golf course, delicious breakfasts. An additional advantage is that the street where the hotel is located smells mainly of flowers and the sea, and not what most often smells on the streets of Pattaya.
Cons: the lack of balconies in the rooms, many equipment and furniture require renovation. Especially in this regard, the battered and stripped tennis court was upset, for which you also need to pay extra.

We stayed at this hotel from November 11th to 24th. We had breakfast included. There are no complaints about the food) in our opinion it was both varied and delicious. Sausages, potatoes, eggs, noodles, fresh vegetables, fruits (we usually had watermelons, pitahaya and melon) and so on. In general, there are plenty to choose from. The sea is very close, this is a big plus) towels in the room were changed every day. But sometimes they were a little shoddy) but they seemed clean. The big disadvantage (for us personally) is that there is nowhere to dry things. There are no balconies there. There is a washing machine and dryer on the second floor. But we didn't use them. And swimsuits were washed simply under the tap and hung in the bathroom (well, or hung in the room somehow). Of course, they dried for a long time.
The staff was friendly.
The room has a safe, a small refrigerator, a TV (you can watch channels and YouTube), air conditioning. There was also a hair dryer, but I didn't use it, so I can't say how much it works.
It's not very convenient with sockets yet) there is one outlet in the room near the mirror. There were lamps on the bedside tables on both sides of the bed, but the wires from them went somewhere behind the bed. Therefore, we could not use these outlets. And one outlet that had a floor lamp turned on, but!! In my opinion, this outlet only worked in the evenings) we don't know why or why. It turns out that there is only one full-fledged outlet in the room. Not enough)
The area around the hotel is beautiful, lots of greenery. There is also a swimming pool. With different depths, which is very convenient.
Overall, we still have a rather positive feeling. I do not exclude that next time we would have stayed there too. At least because of the beach nearby)

The guide explained that all the hotels were closed during the covid period, and some hotels went bankrupt. During the rest, I saw how the hotel is being revived (planting trees, repairing rooms, etc.). Breakfasts have become worse than they were, but you will not stay hungry. We were in this hotel with a small company from 11.01.24 to 21.01.24. We arrived at the hotel around 7 o'clock, we were not allowed to go to breakfast. Breakfast was only the next day. We were not very upset, because we were flying with Azur Air and we were very well fed on the plane. We took swimsuits from our suitcases - and immediately went to the sea! They took free beach towels near the pool, but left them on the sun loungers by the pool (they did this all the next days-very convenient), went down to the sea and after swimming returned to the sun loungers by the pool. We lay there for a while, came to the reception at about 10 o'clock and we were checked in (although check-in is from 14.00). The room has a kettle, 2 tea bags, 2 coffee bags, 2 bags of milk powder and 4 bags of sugar - we drank tea and rest! The beds are 2 pushed together, large, comfortable, with snow-white linen. We were given 2 double rooms between which there is a door inside so that we can walk to each other without going out into the corridor. It is locked on both sides. It is convenient for the family. The hearing in the hotel is, of course, very good. One thing was good that it was not fully populated and loud neighbors did not get caught for a long time, but if they get loud and for a long time, there will be a problem. We arrived for breakfast and dinner, very convenient. Breakfast is a buffet, a lot has been written about it, I will not repeat myself. And I'll tell you about dinner. The dinners are very hearty, each one is portioned, the portions are large, cooked according to European standards, tasty, not spicy. First, a huge plate of salad. for example, one day from different varieties of cabbage with nuts and raisins, the next day another with ham and cheese, salads change every day. Then the soup (also different every day) - for example with mussels, vegetable, pumpkin cream soup, etc. Then the second (changed every 3 days): meat, chicken or fish. I don't eat pork, beef was cooked for me personally! 👍. But this is not the end: more tea, coffee and dessert! Either ice cream, or cake, or fruit. (I will attach photos of the dishes for dinner below). If the second one or something else does not fit anymore, then they will pack it with them for free without any problems - you can eat for lunch the next day. The sea is so close that I swam and lay by the pool, lay down and went down for a swim. The sea is clean, the beach is clean. There is an excellent massage parlor across the street from the hotel. The staff tries very hard to make everything good. In general, we liked everything very much, we will be happy to come again.

The hotel is located in the center, but in a quiet place, the water in the bay at the hotel is normal for swimming. We went on our own to Koh lan bay of samoe for 30 baht by ferry and the same for tuk tuk (before that we went from the tour operator to koh samet and regretted that we overpaid 89 dollars for the trip, because koh lan has the same azure water and beautiful sand). The tour operator issued a SIM card, downloaded the Bolt application for an inexpensive taxi and 45-80 baht moved everywhere on it (advice, when calling a taxi, stand facing the building where the taxi should arrive, otherwise it will stop opposite the street). Breakfast is monotonous (it is impossible to look at eggs with sausages on the 3rd day)
Shower.... the bathtub itself is barely peeing in rust. In a word, the plumbing is tired.
There is no animation, if you are just in the hotel, it is boring (we went on excursions and sometimes did not even return to the hotel)
In general, you can live, I chose because of the green area, the first line of a large swimming pool and positive reviews

Great hotel. Without any complaints. Were 26.10.-5.11.2023. When choosing, we noticed that there were no negative reviews. And it really is. Regarding,, tired numbers,, as some write, are actually normal. If we take into account the time of stay, we had 5-6 hours for a night's sleep, then finally super! Pay attention. That sweets cannot be left in the rooms, ants come and eat everything. I liked the breakfasts very much! There are a lot of fruits, and they are changed on days of the week. Dishes are also changed. During our 10 days there were groups of Chinese, and some of the dishes were replaced with Chinese, and then the Indians came, and also some of the dishes were replaced with Indian ones. So we tried 3 cuisines of the world-Thai, Chinese, Indian.
There is a private beach with shade from huge trees. There are annoying flies on the beach, but if you take insect repellents, they will not be a hindrance to you.
