The hotel is definitely worthy of attention
Like it:
1) Number
I booked a triple room. The room is newly renovated, clean and pleasant, it does not differ from the photos posted on the website, the room had one huge bed and 1 small one. The room is fully equipped, there is everything except toothbrushes, toothpaste, bathrobes. Toothbrushes and toothpaste can be purchased at the convenience store to the right of the exit.
The room was located on the third floor, the windows of the room faced the street, a busy street with tram tracks. During the day, the noise from pedestrians and the tram could be heard quite well, but at night the traffic on the street stopped and the trams stopped running, therefore, nothing interfered with our sleep.
There wasn't much free space in the room, but it was enough for comfortable accommodation, we had 3 suitcases (small) and 3 backpacks, everything fit, we didn't have to stumble over them.
2) The hotel
The hotel is new and newly renovated, the hotel has still managed to keep its freshness, the hotel is quite small and very cozy with a very pleasant atmosphere and wonderful staff. On the ground floor there is a reception, a place for storing suitcases, an elevator and stairs. The hotel rooms are spread over 5 floors, with 3 rooms on each floor. It is IMPORTANT to note that all triple rooms face the street, as I wrote earlier, during the day it may be noisy, but at night it is quiet and comfortable.
3) Staff
The staff is very polite and pleasant, they literally take care of you, in the truest sense of the word, they will understand any request you make and try to solve it. You won't find such service and staff in Turkey during the day. We organized a transfer, recommended it and took it to a restaurant, told them all about the Istambul Card, and sent our postcards in the mail (we didn't have time).
4) Food
The hotel does not provide meals, but this is not a problem at all, there are many cafes and restaurants for every color and taste. You can go to any place near the hotel and have a quiet meal.
5) The location of the hotel
In my opinion, the location of the hotel is perfect, everything you need and all the sights are nearby.
I didn't like it:
The pillow seemed a little high to me, but this is everyone's personal preference. Incl. it cannot be considered a minus. ;-)

The staff is helpful and always ready to help. Only speak English and Turkish but Google and Yandex translator to help all. If you book, be sure to book a transfer from and to the hotel, it is much cheaper than at the airport.
Daily high-quality cleaning and change of linen and towels (towels of very high quality). Modern elevator.
A well-equipped and high-quality bathroom. Clean everywhere from the entrance to the hotel and so on. There is a kettle, tea, coffee, sugar and two bottles of water in the room every day when cleaning everything is replenished
The location is in the center of all the main historical locations, the hotel offers excursions, but everything that is interesting when visiting Istanbul can be viewed on your own, everything is within walking distance.
Near the hotel there is everything you need; souvenir shops, travel agencies and gastronomy for every taste.
Calm relaxing environment and good sound insulation
Parking of the car and the transfer (respectively) is not possible as there is a tram passage along this street
It didn't bother us, but for those who are on the car, the information is necessary.
• There are no disadvantages, but there are small recommendations for this trip, they did not take a shower cap because they were everywhere on previous visits, but it was here that they did not turn out to be in the shower and you do not always want to wet your hair when taking a shower. So there should be shower caps in the room.
The photos on the site correspond to reality, I recommend everyone to relax 👍

He 's really good . Very clean, fresh renovation. Cleaning every day. Linen is changed every other day. Water tea coffee is included in the price.
