I can't add a person to the insurance for two days. I am very sorry that I turned to you. The attitude is bad, zero sympathy and some kind of explanation. The insurance would rather expire to you, but with a foot more. I can imagine how you treat people when an insurance event occurs. I'm not talking about the employees of this department, it's about the call center operators.
