On July 8, the ordered sofa bed Domo Pro was delivered to us. The workers who were assembling the sofa left very quickly, and we did not have time to thoroughly inspect the sofa. After the workers left, we found a tear in the fabric at the end of the sofa. We immediately called the movers, they told us to contact the office. We contacted the office, left a complaint, the commission arrived in 10 days, they promised to replace the sofa within a month (I attach a photo of the document). A month later, they called and said that the replacement of the sofa was refused to us. We offered a 10% discount ON YOUR NEXT PURCHASE! Yes, what kind of next purchase can we talk about in this case?! I refused, they promised to contact me the next day. A week later, I called myself, and Victoria's employee promised to sort out my question. A few days later I called back and said that everything would be sorted out, a new sofa would be delivered to us within a month. But that never happened. For 2 months I called and tried to get a clear answer, but every time there were some excuses. As a result, it turned out that we were simply fed promises to solve the problem just enough to pass the deadline for contacting the consumer protection service. During this time, I've worn out all my nerves, we've had to go to the office several times and live with a torn sofa. Shame on you! We have not received any compensation, nor a new sofa, nor the elimination of the marriage!!! For the first time in my life, I am faced with the fact that new furniture turns out to be damaged through no fault of mine, but a serious company, instead of helping with solving the problem, is fooling its head and feeding breakfast. I am disappointed with such a service and an irresponsible approach to my work. I strongly recommend that anyone who orders from this company do not hesitate to put on glasses or inspect every inch of new furniture with a magnifying glass, since you will not be able to prove anything later. But the furniture collectors clearly saw this hole and kept silent! Be vigilant and do not think that a large company is a guarantee of decency and quality! I think it's better not to count on their promised 10-year warranty either.

They called Ascona and the "masters" arrived 3 days later. They pushed the sofa away and with the words ai, this cover came out now we will fill it up, took a hammer and filled it with a hammer into the space between the metal rail and the board. One of them left immediately and the other was writing papers. I say maybe let's move the couch back. Only then did we move the sofa together. That is, they were not going to put him in his place even. 4 days pass and the cover comes out again. I call and send a repeat claim and demand either a refund or to replace the sofa with another one. The head of the advertising department calls back after 4 days and says I will send you guys they will re-cover it. This is a design feature of the sofa, it is not a marriage. He rubbed me about the pads in the car that they also squeak, but you don't change the car. He insisted on an independent examination. So they said we will pay. It costs 500 rubles. If the marriage is taken away, if there is a design feature, then I have to pay for it. A vicious circle. Moreover, when we bought a sofa, they didn't tell us anything about this design feature, so we wouldn't take this stuff. I do not recommend using the word at all.
