Thank you for the advice and help in buying to the girls from the salon in Vitebsk, very friendly and competent staff. Consultant Tatiana helped us choose furniture for a comfortable sleep according to our requests. We bought a Chris Bed and a Classic Brilliant Duo Mattress, as well as pillows and a mattress pad. We are very satisfied with the purchases, the bed was assembled on its own without much effort, since the product is of high quality. The bed looks very stylish in the interior, the mattress is really very good and comfortable for a healthy sleep and a pleasant stay. My back has stopped hurting and we get enough sleep. Initially, I left a very positive review, because I liked everything, both the consultation and the choice of products. BUT it turned out that the most interesting thing began from the moment the order was received. Firstly, the bed with a mattress worth 8000 BYN was not equipped with a control unit. Secondly, the second bed for my son came in pink instead of gray, and thirdly, the bedside table turned out to have a big scratch. The delights did not end there. They quickly changed only the expensive bed, they promised to solve the rest in a couple of weeks, but so far (it's been 4 weeks) I have never received a replacement bedside table or a bed of a different color. And how long to wait is not clear, you will have to constantly remind yourself of yourself to the head of the salon... In general, despite the good global name of the company, so far I have a solid negative.
