I bought a mattress from Askona for my mom upon arrival in Kazakhstan and was very pleased! The quality of the mattress exceeded my expectations, it is very comfortable and cozy. I have to leave a negative review here... when buying pillows from Anastasia's manager at Armada, initially there was no interest in selling the beauty series, it was said that you need to get used to it…
When choosing from the other two, it was suggested to buy different stiffness and try it, that is, it was not specified that the product was non-refundable or non-exchangeable.
We couldn't come to the store right away the next day, because it's business days and the store is located on the edge of the city... but when we arrived a week later, we heard that we had to apply for an exchange on the same day…
The Claims Department replied two weeks later that the goods could not be exchanged.
I will file a complaint against the company with the Consumer Protection Union, as I consider the actions of the employees to be unlawful.

The products of the Ascona factory made a huge impression on me! I bought their bed and mattress, and honestly, it was a great purchase. I really liked the durability, unique design and comfort of the bed. The mattress is also great - it provides excellent support in the supine position and ensures a comfortable sleep. In conclusion, I am very satisfied with the quality of the product and unconditionally recommend Askona products to anyone who appreciates comfort and quality.
