Ordered a bed. Okay, there was a problem at the factory and they called, asked to wait, they say they will bring it later. But as soon as we said we would wait, they immediately forgot about us. For three weeks I called to find out the fate of the bed, which they could not take out of production, then they forgot about us in the warehouse already in the Republic of Belarus. As a result, if I had not "pressed calls", it is unknown when we would have received our order.
One plus - the installment plan is good. It was only because of this that they contacted Ascona. Otherwise, they wouldn't have bought there.

Sellers in Ascona (Camelot) This is something!!! There was a bed on the sample in the fabric and color we needed. The color was light beige approximately. After attaching fabric samples, we noticed a difference in the color scheme of the finished bed and a sample of the same fabric. We decided to take a lighter fabric, but the sellers tried to dissuade us, arguing that the bed would merge with the walls if we took a lighter one.
As a result, the RED bed arrived. The sellers said that the batches differ in shades and so on. They asked to replace it at our expense, so they put up the cost of an almost new bed.
The HORROR is not the sellers, just like the fabric samples. It is noteworthy that the color is straight red in daylight, but with a light bulb it strongly changes color to a more beige one. The sellers did not talk about these features when buying. The law on consumer protection does not seem to work for this company.
As a result, it's scary to go into the bedroom and think about really buying a new bed, and leaving this one at their doorstep.

We bought two sofas in Ascona a year ago. At the same time, one sofa had to be delivered to one address, and the second to another. Delivered without question, assembled. This year I had to order sofas from Pinskdrev. For comparison, delivery is free to the entrance, provided that you have made a full prepayment, the production time is much longer.
