As a store, we have no complaints. The product is cool, high-quality, and there is a large selection.
But how about the service…
The service is terrible. The production time was agreed to be 25 days. After 10 days, they contacted us, saying that the product we ordered had been removed from production (why couldn't this have been said earlier? I don't understand) it takes + 10 days to make it. As a result: the order was paid on November 20th (more precisely, 50% of the cost was prepaid). The product is still not with us. During this time, the product has become cheaper. No one agreed to lower the price for us.
Delivery is also a bit bad. Delivery does not ring on the day of delivery. No one says what time to wait for the order. They only named the day.
Bottom line: there is a choice of product, it's cool. As a service, it's a horror. Next time, we'd rather not order than encounter the same service.

I found a mattress on the Internet for a price-quality ratio, based on reviews. I went to the store, I didn't find it in reality to feel and lie down, but... the manager recommended another, similar one... And what is the result, you ask? I left, waiting for a mattress worth three times higher! Oh no! It's not just about the money or the competent approach of the consultant, but how comfortable it is to lie on a decent Ascona mattress. I am very pleased with the store and the detailed advice. A special plus for the delivery guys. And as a bonus, for some reason there was a pillow, even though there was no question about it initially. But not the point. After all, what I got from an orthopedic mattress will not be conveyed by words. Thanks to the specialist for recommending it to me, despite my initial choice. And thanks to Ascona. I hope it will last a very long time!

One star only for the fact that the furniture looks beautiful in the store. We ordered a bed on November 5, the production time is about a month, I call on December 9, in response to me that your bed is not yet in delivery. A week and a half passes, I call today and it turns out that our bed has not yet been put into production and that something has broken there. We went to the store and just a disgusting discussion of the consultant girl who was there. Not only did they not apologize, they also said that they were not going to call us until December 21 and say that the bed had not yet been put into production, despite the fact that all the deadlines had already passed. In general, you need a bed, then you call yourself 20 times and ask. Such furniture and such terrible service. We have written an application for a refund, thank you only for returning them immediately. There is absolutely no more desire to go back there and buy something.

We ordered an Ascona mattress. Come. Unpacked. We slept for 1 night. 43 days have already passed since then. It still stinks. After writing the claim, the "specialists" arrived in the person of the driver and the forwarder, filled in the act of assessing the delay. They sniffed it with their noses... Isn't it funny?! They said in words that it stinks!!!! But the act noted the number 2 on a scale from 0 to 5. It is not possible to sleep on a mattress, and they refused to return the money!!! DON'T MESS WITH ME!!!!
