We ordered a sofa bed in this store, we were really waiting for it, the sofa arrived earlier than the stated deadline, it was the first and last time when we were happy to communicate with this company. The sofa came in smelly, smelled like glue. The smell did not disappear after a day, or after 5, or after almost 2 weeks. We have a 4-month-old baby and instead of solving the problem with space, we had to move our things to another room and let the sofa weather out there alone.By the way, the cost of the sofa was 3366 rubles + assembly of 100 rubles. After 5 days, we contacted the complaints department, where they waved us off, but in the end, exactly 2 weeks later, the sofa was taken away from us.For almost another week, we begged for a refund in the store for the product. They refused to return the money for the assembly to us. I could put up with this if I wanted to return the sofa myself for no apparent reason, but the sofa stank, poisoned my family for almost 2 weeks and in the end I lost 100 rubles for it and another 25 for taking this miracle from me. It is very sad to see slogans about healthy sleep on Ascona's website, when for more than 2 weeks we had to bear the inconvenience of being next to their products. The manufacturers themselves did not recognize this situation as a marriage.Although they recognized that the period of air conditioning of the product in the warehouse was not extended.

On December 30, the long-awaited call from the logistician rang, we agreed on delivery on January 4 from 12 to 17. What was my perplexity when at about 17 o'clock there was no call, no goods and at 21.00 the same way. I've been waiting all this time. My attempts to call the number of the logistician from whom the delivery was arranged with me were unsuccessful. I kept in touch with the store again, at 21 o'clock the consultant told me that there would be no delivery and, as I understand it, the logisticians simply decided not to warn me. At 8.40 on January 5, the call of the logistician rang , ,, sorry, the car broke down , we can offer delivery ....... absurd, why didn't they call on the day of delivery ?!the delivery was postponed to January 8th....The goods arrived, collected, delivered, but they did not deliver a little, the issue was solved in one day with an under-delivery (they delivered, screwed). Not notifying the customer about the cancellation of the delivery is an overbearing and disrespectful attitude towards your customer. Thanks for the work of the consultants from the store,,Ascona,, on Prytytsky (we were in touch, tried to help , good advice during the selection of goods ). The worst manufacturer I've ever met. The buyer is interesting to the employees as long as he buys the goods-then no one cares about anything. Over the course of a year and a couple of months, the mattress has decreased in size (lost 10 cm in length). When buying, a mattress pad is strongly imposed with the condition of an extended warranty of 10 years, instead of the classic 1.5 years. But at the same time, the service life of the mattress is only 24 months, as evidenced by the lousy label on the mattress. And as soon as you start asking questions about the discrepancy, conversations immediately begin about what and what you want from an inexpensive mattress, and in general they are not responsible for the labels that the manufacturer leaves. And a large number of reviews, mostly negative, are clearly written by opponents of this divine institution. I advise you to read the reviews of this store first before buying goods from it.

We bought a double bed with a mattress. Everything has arrived. The installation was carried out efficiently and quickly. No defects were found in the bed and on the mattress, and the warranty of 30 years for mattresses and 10 years for the bed was very pleased.
The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
Would I recommend it to anyone? - yes. This is a very good brand, better than our Belarusian ones, but the cost is much higher.

I was in the salon about a month ago. I bought a mattress for a child, I really liked the atmosphere in the salon, all the managers are friendly and positive, they offered several options for mattresses in any price category.Manager Anastasia explained in detail the differences between the models, also picked up an anatomical pillow and a beautiful set of bed linen for the child. We placed the order and after 3 days the mattress was already at our house, I was glad that we did not have to wait long. I recommend this salon to everyone.
There are no complaints about the staff - they just do their job. As for the products: I bought a sofa, which is positioned as a "sofa for sleeping", in which 3 months later a manufacturing defect was discovered (a curved metal frame), to eliminate the defect I had to go through 7 circles of hell: write applications several times, meet "specialists" at home 3 times, who for the first time blabbed about the factory marriage, subsequently claimed that the defect was acquired. In general, I received the replacement of the sofa part only after contacting the network management directly. Also, when buying a sofa, there was a question of not having a gap between the sofa halves when unfolded. When the "manager" was selling the products to me, he strongly argued that this "failure" would not happen in any case, they say the mattress is reinforced at the junction. In practice, we get the same unfortunate failure and comments from the "specialist" who came for an inspection - this is normal, just tighten the cover (every day / week / month).
As a result, we have:
* Mediocre products with an overprice of 40%-50% are comparable in quality.
* The clause in the contract that a load of up to 100 kg is possible on the sofa (i.e. 2 adults sitting on the sofa is the reason why you may be denied a claim for any marriage)
* Bureaucratic hell in case of a defective product (you will give up at some point)
* But the staff is pleasant, yes, you can't argue here))
I can't say about the beds of this brand, but if you have a question about buying a sofa TM "Ascona" - feel free to pass by just because sofas of this quality are 2-3 times cheaper, and for the same money you can find more worthy and conscientious manufacturers.
I bought pillows in the salon. I really liked everything. Manager Anna spent almost an hour with me and told me in great detail about all the pillows I was lying on. She helped me choose a cover for the shelf. And even when I came to change the pillow 10 days later, more than once I did not feel any negativity in my direction.
