Any store from Ascona has a very pleasant and qualified staff. We bought a bed, mattress and bed linen from this network. Everything has been in service for about 6 years. Today, 08/18.24, we decided to buy a euro cotton - satin set. But Camelot didn't have the right colors. They called us back and told us where to buy it and even at a discount! Linen of this quality is now not found either in Egypt or in Turkey (we have already tried it). It just caresses the skin, does not roll up, does not shed, in general, I advise you. And after buying a mattress, I forgot that my hands can go numb, my back aches after sleeping. The mattress is like new! I highly recommend it!

It all started with the fact that I did not know where to track the order, I had to call, wait for the manager to find my order and call back with the news.
I arrived at the pick-up point, searched for an order for a long time, offered to walk around the store so as not to embarrass the girl, the girl began to worry, two pillows arrived without packaging, there is a photo, I can attach, the girl packed in stress, did not know the cost of pillows, says 49 bel.r. +25 bel.r. delivery, here I don't know whose fault it is, what kind of delivery if it's pickup? this is very strange, I had to show on the website that these are pillows for 49 bel.r., with 50 bel. r., there was no change at the checkout - 1 bel. r., she searched in her wallet, found 60 kopecks, 40 kopecks remained owed, joked: this will then be a discount for you, for the next order, with such an attitude, it is unlikely that it will be, pennies mean nothing, but this is not a market, but a specialized store.
I packed it in some kind of polyethylene, wrapped it with tape, didn't even make a pen to somehow bring it home, I can also attach a photo. That is, how do you want me to carry it home, 2 pillows 50/70, I have to call a taxi FOR MY MONEY, in that case, I could order delivery.
It was a terrible impression, my hands are still shaking with emotions, my mood is spoiled, my impressions of ASCONA's company will be remembered for a long time.
On the website, you can make more detailed instructions on exactly where you are, going up to the second floor, I walked around the circle to find your logo.
The most unpleasant thing is that the girl did not know how much the pillows cost or just wanted to put 25 rubles in her pocket.
Secondly, that is, you saw that the pillows came without packaging, for your client, and did not hand over anything with it, before the client arrived, there are suggestions that they were lying around somewhere and they got them to us until we saw them and walked around the store and said that the pillows were definitely new!
Unfortunately, the pillows were very necessary and there was no choice, they could not refuse
