I bought a bed with a mattress in Askona shopping center "Secret".
A consultant met us, very kindly told us everything, about all the advantages of the product - an incredibly competent consultation. Excellent assortment (beds, mattresses, pillows, mattress pads).I recommend this store - I was very satisfied with the advice, the acquired goods, the service, as well as the affordable prices. Personally, I liked everything, I recommend this store.

I recently used the services of this organization, and I want to note the professional approach of the staff. I asked a question about a specific product, received comprehensive answers and help in choosing. I especially liked that attention was paid to even the smallest details, which is rarely seen. We bought a mattress at the Askona store
Gomel, Gagarina str., 65. We repeatedly lay on the mattress in the office and tested it. The choice was made in favor of a two-sided medium-hard one.
A mattress was brought, in two packages. They didn't open it right away, then they realized why in two bags, the smell went through the apartment - the smell of mold. The smell came from inside the mattress.
We wrote a statement and waited for a specialist. A specialist - a simple worker - came and drew up an act. We waited for an answer (according to their rules) for a month. We waited.
Answer: This smell is purely the perception of the consumer, her personal opinion, not confirmed by a specialist or anyone. They refused to exchange it for another mattress.
We demanded a refund for the mattress. But Ascona refused to refund the money, because she considers the mattress to be of high quality.
Then these scammers repeatedly called and asked for my opinion. Probably to remind and annoy more.
After a month and a half, the second side of the mattress was not rigid. Later, a dent formed.
The price of these mattresses should be 3 times less. And REMOVE the ORTHOPEDIC words. There were no Ascona mattresses next to the orthopedic ones. In the office, they show mattresses that are not the ones that you will get home.

Приобретали кровать с матрасом в Askona на Гагарина 65 ТЦ "Секрет".
Нас встретила консультант Татьяна, очень вежливо все рассказала, все преимущества про товар - очень грамотная консультация🫶. Мы были с ребеночком, понравилось, что даже маленьких клиентов не оставили без внимания. Отличный ассортимент (кровати, матрасы, подушки, наматрасники...) Рекомендую данный магазин - мы остались очень довольны, консультацией, приобретённым товарам, обслуживанием❤️.

Заказали кровать с матрасом.Внесли предоплату.Оговорили день привоза.Обещали доставить во второй половине дня.Отпросились с работы.Ждали с 12 до16.00.Где то в районе 16.сообщили,что доставят к 20.00.В 21.00 доставки нет,звоним,трубку никто не берёт.Через 30 мин опять звоним с другого номера в ответ тишина.Позже нам перезвонили оказалось кровать привезут....,только восколько?Может в 22.00, может в 23.00.Это без учёта сборки.Вопрос к руководителю фирмы.Во сколько мы. ляжем спать?Утром на работу.Вот это сервис!Доставка работает отвратительно!!!!Не порекомендую никому такое обслуживание!!!
