Many thanks to Askona for the wonderful service and high quality products! I bought a baby bed and an armchair with velour upholstery — they fit perfectly into my daughter's room. The staff provided detailed advice and was very attentive at all stages. Nowadays, you rarely find such excellent service — bravo, Askona!

We chose a mattress for the bedroom, went around several salons and stopped there. I liked the large selection. The girl consultants told us everything in detail and helped us decide. I recommend this store. Now I'm going to get enough sleep.

We bought a mattress at the Ascona store and faced an unpleasant situation. We were offered models in the price range from 8 to 12 million soums per mattress, and despite our repeated requests (we asked 3 times) to show more budget options, the sellers claimed that there simply were no such options. We were served by two sellers who actively tried to sell additional products and persistently offered expensive options, without explaining that these models were not quite suitable for our needs.
Today I went to the Ascona website and was surprised to see a lot of mattresses worth 4-5 million soums — the very models that we were interested in. But the store told us that there were simply no such things, and in the end we bought a mattress for 9 million soums, although we wanted this particular brand and counted on a more budget purchase.
And the bed that we bought, we found on the ascona website 700 thousand cheaper than in the showroom(((
A terrible brand, stupid marketing to sell their products!
30 years warranty on the mattress!! The guard that you yourself lived so that you slept on the same mattress for 30 years. That's all you need to sell you a mattress that's not worth the money they're selling them for.
The feeling remained unpleasant, as there was a feeling that we were deliberately not shown more affordable options.
