And I almost forgot there is a bosein hammam and a Finnish steam room with massage. Everyone was satisfied, both the children and us .

We were forced to move into this hotel with a relative, relying on reviews on Yandex and other sites. We paid a total of $600 for 6 nights.
The first thing you will encounter is a broken mirror in the elevator. Upon checking into the room, you will find: good mattresses with 2 pillows on each bed, generally comfortable beds; a closed (apparently by the previous guest) safe, which was never opened to us, and which, moreover, is not fixed by anything, take it and take it away; a desk and, attention, one stool for two guests; a kettle with a couple of tea bags and a mountain of sugar; bedside tables with a telephone that has seen the sights; a TV without a connection to either TV or the Internet (just a screen) ...and that's it! There's not even a closet in the room, just a couple of hangers by the door; a barely frozen refrigerator. In the bathroom: shower, toilet, 4 modest towels, soap and soap accessories in the light version, hairdryer. Oh, yes, the carpet is dirty and has not been mowed down with stains and trails from human feet (no one has cleaned it for a long time). There is an air conditioner with a filter contaminated with a long-term layer of dirt/dust (ugh, disgusting!)
Breakfasts are just awful!!! Cold dishes, and always the same: hard-boiled eggs; omelet, cut into 4x4cm squares; chopped sausages; cold (!), sour cream, side dishes (buckwheat, pasta); rice porridge; finely chopped fruits and vegetables (apples, unripe tomatoes, cucumbers and BANANAS, Carl). In addition, there are old dried nuts on a scattering and slicing the cheapest sausages with cheese, and all this "abundance" is hidden under a cellophane wrapper. No hot drinks freely available, no coffee, no water. Instead, you need to constantly look for a waiter who is always with a sour, sleepy face, and ask his majesty to pour you a cup of picketed tea from a teapot behind the bar, after giving you 1 sachet in his hands, or throw a spoonful of instant coffee, which makes your mouth ache in the morning, which makes you want to spit. In a word: breakfast is a horror! And all this variety is included, by default, in the rental)
Room service. Paying $ 100 per night, you will constantly call the reception and ask them to change your wet towels, which you would not be able to dry in the room, because there is nothing there to dry. You will ask for your room to be cleaned, because the cleaners (it is impossible to call these quarrelsome ladies maids) do not know (or do not want to know, due to the low pay for their work) what the signs on the room handles mean — post them / do not post them — no one cares. But in response to a remark from the guest, muttering to himself, with a dissatisfied face, they bring the required towel / toilet paper.
What made you happy/surprised? These are high—quality fittings, reliably made shower doors; mounted entrance doors in rooms; quiet air conditioning; comfortable beds and pillows; high-quality decoration of rooms and rooms, but all this is managed by inept (incompetent) "specialists".
There is an office of the chief manager (Chinese) in the reception area — it looks like the Chinese are running the hotel, but the locals are running it (poorly managed).
I will not come here again. I do not recommend and will not recommend the hotel!

I stood there for about 15 minutes, calling both phones. They were happily drinking at the reception, but the receptionist was not there)
In the end, I just left the thing there and then called back after another 10 minutes, and told them to give them to the person. It's okay, the item was handed over. But the absence of the admin for 15 minutes seemed strange to me)
I didn't like the hotel very much... I lived in a suite for 4 days! The room is large, but completely empty. The refrigerator is barely cold, not to mention the freezer. For some purpose, there were two cots in the room, apparently for 5-6 people! The room is not cleaned, the trash can with waste from fruits and berries stood for several days! The mixer flowed, asked to be done, it was done, after a day it flowed again. Linen and towels have never been changed in 4 days. Breakfast is a buffet, but there is absolutely nothing to eat. One type of porridge, a couple of types of side dishes and boiled eggs with an omelet. There is no meat! Sausage and sausages. Coffee from the machine only for money, I asked for tea, they brought an incomprehensible little water with one bag. And at the same time, the cost of the room is almost 1.5 million soums!!!
For that kind of money, there should be a completely different service!
Cozy, friendly staff, it is very convenient that there is a tea table and a refrigerator in the room. A guest spa with a swimming pool. The location is close to transport and shops. It is almost the center and 20 minutes walk to the metro.
I do not recommend it, it is more convenient by location, cheaper by cost, hotels and inns are better by numbers. On the street of restarons and bars, Champagne wines, the room is bigger and better cheaper by 20-30 %
Unsatisfactory:
1. there is no closet in a 2-bed room on the 5th floor, there is nowhere to put things,
2. There are no hangers for clothes. There was a desire to buy screws and unscrew them into the walls so that things could be hung.
3. In fact, these are single rooms converted into 2-bed rooms.
4. Room cleaning leaves much to be desired.

6. Wi-fi does not work at all. If you want to watch YouTube on a wall-mounted TV, you don't even have to try, it loads for 5 minutes, shows for 1 minute.
7. Breakfast starts at 7.00 and ends at 10.00. but by 8.00!!! there is nothing left to eat!!!, you will stay hungry. They cook a little and once.
In general, I am not ready to come here again.
