It's a terrible place. When inspecting the housing, the owner does not say that there is a long-term construction going on there. The rumble starts at 8:00 a.m. To all requests to start work a little later, the owner just smiles, but does nothing. This is the first time I have met such a resident of Bali. He offered us to leave, but at the same time, not to return the money. The area is in terrible condition, we did not notice this, as we were inspecting it at night. It is dangerous to swim in the pool, because there is yellow water. The pressure in the shower is weak, the faucet does not work in the bathroom. The refrigerator has no shelves inside and is very old.
The plumbing is old. Cockroaches crawled up to us every night.
I recommend avoiding this place or coming for an inspection in the afternoon to see for yourself.
The saddest thing is that the price for this barn is like a good guest house with a good repair.
