An authentic hotel, very cozy, romantic and Armenian-friendly! Of the advantages : A private courtyard with flowers and greenery, a rocking chair, tables where you can spend time at breakfast or dinner. The rooms are clean and cozy with "vintage" furniture. A mini-museum with a collection of antiques , books, and dishes. The staff is always smiling and hospitable. Of the cons : Of course, it's a long way to Republic Square and the Opera , although I'm a fan of walking, but even for me it was difficult, I had to take a taxi. An iron is a disaster ! Replace it urgently! There is one iron for all rooms, you can take it at the reception. But if you don't want to ruin and stain your clothes, then it's better not to use it! I decided to iron a WHITE evening dress! And it was ruined. The mood is zero, extra money and time have been spent ...... I will not shoot a star, of course, but such seemingly small things sometimes matter when choosing a hotel. In general , I recommend it , I think next time I 'll stay there too 👍

Authentic atmosphere in the lobby. There is a shared kitchen where you can have breakfast...to drink coffee.. tea.. Spacious rooms with a wonderful mattress and a huge bed (which is not unimportant..if not to say that it is very important). Friendly receptionist..the money was given a day after arrival (as rubles were changed to drams) , Good Internet and the location of the hotel. One of the disadvantages is that on October 25 there is no heating and it is not very comfortable in the room. The cleaning is so-so...floors and surfaces were left without wet cleaning...

I sincerely recommend this hotel! We stayed here for 2 nights and I regret that it was not for a longer period) excellent location, beautiful and quiet courtyard, rooms are cozy, clean, beautiful - a pleasure) near a shop, restaurant, etc. Sandra is wonderful and hospitable, thank you very much for her attitude towards the guests) stay at this hotel - you will not regret it)
