Excellent location, 3 minutes walk to the sea.There is a private pool.The rooms are equipped with everything you need-refrigerator,kettle,microwave, stove,iron.There are many shops and restaurants nearby for every taste and budget. The beach is nearby - small pebbles sun beds 250-300 liras.The sea is clean and warm.
Now the cons:The rooms in the hotel are already tired, and cosmetics are required in some places.It's a little noisy in the evening, but it's still downtown.The staircase is cleaned this way and that, it was a little dirty on the ground floor and there were some boxes.The wifi was constantly stuck.

As always, I am delighted with Antalya. Especially out of season . The hotel offers excellent prices . The rooms have excellent sound insulation, the location is great, everything is nearby. It 's warm in winter . Sunbathing on the terrace in the room , completely closed from the wind , very comfortable. It's windy at sea, the water temperature in the sea is +18 like in summer in Moscow. Swim, dress in warm clothes, drink hot tea in a cafe on the embankment and enjoy the sun and peace. We will definitely come back at the same time. At the reception, a Russian-speaking employee is ready to help and resolve any issues, we are very grateful.

The sea is within walking distance, the room is good, but there was not enough brightness from the light bulbs in the room. And, the bed would already be worth updating. Oh, that's okay.

On the downside: It's a terrible hotel. This is probably the worst place to visit in all of Turkey. The furniture is old and in terrible condition, the dishes are all dirty, the walls are covered with dirt, the curtains are not washed at all. The sofa in the living room is in such a state that it sits down uncomfortably, worse than a homeless man's bed, the pillow is collapsed, we avoid it. Such a sofa is for disposal, and not to stand in a hotel. It feels like no one has ever cleaned or washed anything here. One blanket for four people. When asked to bring three more, they hardly found 2 and said that there were no more. The scissors were handed over from the office. Early in the morning, repairs are being carried out and asphalt is being crushed in the room, which is partly under the hotel and partly next to it - it is impossible to sleep and stay in the hotel. We had a room on the second floor, with a canopy over the windows and a lot of dirt and a lot of someone's big feces on it. Of course, no one cleans them. The audibility is terrible. You can hear everything if someone lives in the next room or upstairs. The neighbors make noise at night, you have to go to the attendant and ask to go to the neighbors with a request for silence. I couldn't sleep at the weekend, so this hotel is not for those who need peace. I will never come here again. For the first time in all the trips, such stress from living!
One of the advantages: there is heating and the room is very warm. The air conditioners were not used. The sea is nearby. Nice neighborhood. There is a large migros supermarket nearby and many other shops. The mattresses are good in the other rooms.
It's warm for winter, and of course it attracted heating. A very nice man at the reception, responsive and speaks good Russian. It could be a wonderful place, it's a pity that they don't clean and keep an eye on the hotel and don't change the furniture.

A good place, its own swimming pool, the apartment has everything you need for living: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, balcony. We were with children, the sea is nearby, restaurants are nearby, taxis are on the button. Everything is wonderful!

It's a disgusting place. We were there and during our stay, the roof leaked and collapsed on our heads in the rain. Disgusting hostess, during the flood, the spouse injured her back by slipping on the stairs, so the hostess refused to pay for the doctor and said that we would take out the money. I advise you to avoid this place.

A great apartment hotel. Good location. Nearby, cafes, restaurants, shops. There is a park with playgrounds across the street. The sea is 3 minutes away, the promenade is just beautiful. The hotel has everything you need for living.
