Unfortunately, the hotel overall disappointed me. Here are some of the reasons why:
1. The noise was a major issue. On Friday and Saturday nights, I could hear loud bass music (it might have been from a disco) until 3 a.m., and the street was also very noisy even at night.
2. The pillow was very uncomfortable.
3. There are a lot of complaints about the smell in the hotel, and this was true for me as well. I experienced the smell on the top floor, but the hotel explains it as being due to winds from the Galata Bridge. While this might be the case (if you keep the windows closed, the smell gradually disappears), it was still unpleasant.
4. The check-in staff were friendly and helpful. However, the night shift staff (check-out) were not so friendly. For the first time in Istanbul, I had to wait for my room to be checked again, and they refused to help me call a taxi (which was not a big deal as I called one myself).
5. Breakfast was very basic and the coffee was tasteless.
Excellent location. The metro is right at the door of the hotel, the transfer from the airport is very convenient. The Galactic Tower is around the corner. Taksim, Istiklal, Galki Bridge are within walking distance. The hotel is clean, the breakfasts are quite decent. The staff is friendly. Both trips were staying at this hotel. I recommend.
We spent 3 nights at the hotel in early December, 2 adults and a child. The room is cozy, with a beautiful view from the window. It is not large in size, with a King size bed with a very comfortable mattress and an extra bed for a child. Heating via air conditioning. It's cool in the bathroom. The location is excellent, near the metro, 5 minutes to Istiklal street, a little more to Galata Tower. The breakfasts are modest, the coffee is not delicious. Taxi to the airport from the hotel 1300 liras.
A magnificent hotel in the historical center with an incredible view from the window, very convenient location.Breakfast for 5 plus. The staff speaks English well and understands some Russian. The staff is very attentive and helpful
A new hotel with an excellent location: the very center of the European part, 5 minutes to the Galata Tower, 5 minutes to the main pedestrian street. The entrance to the metro is two steps away, you can get directly to the historical part (2 stops). There is also a funicular and tram station nearby.
The room was of a superior category, very beautiful, with 3 panoramic windows. The mattress is comfortable, the plumbing is new. Safe, slippers, refrigerator, kettle. The garbage was taken out every day. The breakfasts are not bad: omelette/eggs, vegetables, many types of olives, pastries, yogurt, traditional snacks, cereals, coffee/tea. The reception speaks English and is always friendly. The air conditioner can be turned on for both heating and cooling. Of the cons: there was a slight smell of stagnant water
The rooms are sprayed with air freshener through ventilation, a terrible smell and concentration. I had to sleep with an open balcony. The cleaning is disgusting, we washed the floors ourselves with a towel, showed black from dirt at the reception and completely ignored. The sound from the street both day and night is definitely NOT RECOMMENDED.
The place is quite noisy, there is always a rather sharp unpleasant smell in the rooms, which is not ventilated, It is better not to come to breakfast too early, because the main food is simply not laid out yet.
Booked for 3 days. Everything is fine, we were very satisfied.
A brand new hotel. Great area, everything is within walking distance (attractions, cafes, shops).
Good modern renovation, everything is new and clean. The room has everything you need (kettle, tea, coffee). Perfect bed linen, towels, good cosmetics.
The room has an air conditioning system, works both for heat and cold.
The hotel has a very quiet and peaceful atmosphere. I can't hear the neighbors. We also slept with the window open for ventilation, the noise from the street is minimal.
Very attentive staff at the hotel, always smiling, greeting. Even if there are some minor flaws, they will always help you and fix the situation. I recommend this hotel.
The location is good, the rooms are clean, good. The hotel is cozy, newer.
Cons: when the air conditioning is turned on, there is a smell of rotten fish, breakfasts are very modest and monotonous. Internet outages. There is no gym. There are 3 spa baths. The SPA is good, the massage is expensive.
There is no Russian-speaking staff. My English is weak.
A new hotel with an excellent location. Upon leaving the hotel, the entrance to the metro station, the sights are within walking distance. The staff is very pleasant and helpful. The rooms are lovely, cosmetics in the bathroom, slippers, the mattress is very comfortable. I boldly recommend it in terms of price-quality ratio.
Great hotel. Little. New. Clear. Quietly.
The breakfasts are modest, but everything is standard. The entrance to the subway is right next to it. Galata Tower and a street with cafes. Istiklal Street. Everything is within walking distance

A nice new hotel with an ideal location and well-equipped rooms. The windows are sound-insulated, but it's better to ask for a higher floor, there will be a better view.
The metro is right at the entrance to the hotel, just a stone's throw away.
One of the disadvantages is the cold floor in the bathroom, but they give you slippers.
The hotel has a sauna and hammam, included in the price.
We didn't take breakfast, but judging by the prices in the cafe, it turns out to be even more profitable to buy with breakfast.
I'll probably stop here again.
The hotel is new, it looks better in person than in the photo. Very convenient location. Near the metro , Istiklal is a 5-minute walk away. The breakfasts are excellent. The room had a wonderful view of the Bosphorus
the biggest DISADVANTAGE in the room (at least in which we stayed) is the terrible smell! it feels like they left a rotting garbage bag somewhere under the mattress (or the skunk died, whichever is clearer). The corresponding stench was in our room. I woke up at night thinking that I was going to be sick or stolen by some nocturnal animal. The rooms are also very small. We tried to fit everything there: several ottomans, bedside tables, we had a baby bed. It was impossible to go through the room. we asked to be moved to a more spacious (corner) room, we were told at check-in that they would be able to do it the next day, but the next day they were like "not free." at the same time, they were at the booking, to which we were told that this was a mistake.
when we checked out, we asked if a slightly later check-out was possible, to which we were told "yes", before 13 o'clock, which was basically enough for us. but at the time of the onset of 13 o'clock, our child was still sleeping at that time, we politely asked "can we wait literally 10 minutes before waking up?", to which we were nervously told "yes, OK", but at the same time turned off the water in the room and did as much as possible so that we would rather move
out by knocking In fact, the location is very good, but all the impressions were spoiled by relatively simple things that can be corrected/missed. It would be possible to listen to the guests who repeatedly asked to fix the joints, but everyone was busy. Due to this, I will NOT recommend this hotel.
Excellent hotel in the center of tourist Istanbul
Metro 2 steps
Istiklal three
It's cool in the room in winter

The rooms are clean, cleaned every day. The bed is comfortable, but too short. Good location. Near the metro and good restaurants. The WiFi worked perfectly! Nice staff.
