The boorish attitude of the sellers. We were in the store with a child on 10/31/2020. We chose a toy machine gun. Not only was they not consulted, they also accused the child of crumpling all the packages (cellophane bags that were already crumpled). The child's mood deteriorated after that. They refused to buy in this store, even though they had already chosen a model.
