General impressions
The Assalom Sohil area, built by Golden House, makes a pleasant impression due to the modern architecture and good quality interior decoration of the apartments. The entrances and the surrounding area are kept clean and tidy, which, of course, pleases.
Parking and infrastructure
Unfortunately, the high population density was not taken into account when designing the area. Parking spaces are clearly insufficient, which causes inconvenience for residents with private transport.
The protracted construction of social infrastructure facilities is also of concern. At the place where they promised to open a kindergarten and a school, an unclear construction has been going on for the second year, and there is no specific completion date yet.
Neighbors and problems
As in any large residential complex, there are neighbors who disregard the general house rules. This is expressed in improper parking and throwing garbage in the wrong places, which creates discomfort for other residents.
Conclusion
In general, Assalom Sohil is an area with good potential, but disadvantages with parking, lack of promised infrastructure and the behavior of individual residents somewhat reduce the overall impression.
