The place is wonderful, the sea, the eucalyptus trees are just a delight. You can even put up with some inconveniences:the houses are not cleaned (bed, shower, toilet-self-cleaning. There is dust, insects, smell, dampness, poor ventilation). But the organization of tours is at zero, starting from transfers, minor organizational issues, guided tours, etc. You can even wash it only for a fee, not to mention an iron, And they don't have time to solve problems, they (the administrator, the organizers) It has its own measured life! I liked the food (vegetarianism), we ate well, although more was promised. I liked the practice, special thanks to Larisa, and respect for the massage. It was promised by 1000%, as a result-half. It was said that the beach is private, as a result-shared, the tower is paid, the road to the source is a taxi, excursions are optional. expenses, free travel only.

It is quite a good place for inexperienced people to relax. The living conditions are quite comfortable, there is air conditioning with different modes (cold / warm). There are separate houses for two. The service is unobtrusive, but regular, even an individual approach is possible. Yoga in nature, on the ruins of an old fortress. The sea is a 3-minute walk away. Next to the road to the store, with a Yazhevika😊 There are 2 healing springs nearby.

The campsite is located in a eucalyptus grove near the sea (the beach is a large pebble). The houses are equipped with air conditioning and a bathroom. The bathrooms have a disgusting sewer smell, which the extractor hood cannot cope with. The cabins are not cleaned during the stay (!), self-service. Upon check-in, I found dirt in the bathroom, behind the bed and bedside tables. There are no curtains, only tulle. The meals were 3 meals a day, vegan. Washing dishes and wiping dining tables are also in self-service mode. 3 km from the campsite there are thermal springs with healing mud. There is a cafe nearby. Shops are also within walking distance.
I was on a yoga tour, the content and meaning of the tour itself was more important to me than comfort.

The place around the base is very beautiful.Eucalyptus groves, the sea nearby, a wide endless beach, medium pebbles.in places, sand + pebbles.
It must be very beautiful in summer, we were in winter and the houses are not suitable for winter living at all.
It is very cold (air conditioning and heater are used for heating, during the day when the sun is still tolerable, at night you can just die from the cold even under two blankets, steam was coming from your mouth.
The room has a shower + toilet without heating, it is very cold to take a shower in winter, my feet get cold.
Spanish conditions.
There are a lot of bedbugs in the house and, accordingly, the smell of dampness and bedbugs.
The bed leaves a lot to be desired.
The bed has springs and is already worn out, creaks and springs dig into the body in places.
The price tag was 1500r/day.
I think it's very expensive for this option.

I invented some kind of roadway on the beach and almost ran over the vacationers. On the offer to wait for the vacationers to put away their belongings, he began to push his tarantass, tried to drive through things. It's useless to talk, he doesn't understand anything. He says that he drives according to his own rules and does not recognize others. The fact that this is a private territory, as this subject said, is not indicated anywhere. Therefore, everyone rests on this beach and safely puts *** on Vital. People also come to this beach in their cars and all drive along the upper part and park without disturbing anyone. But Vitalik has made a circular motion for himself, maybe he just doesn't know how to turn around, so he drives in circles. And the purpose of his visit was not clear. I just came to have a row. Maybe there were critical days or something! If this is a private territory, then fence it and hang signs so that people know that there is nothing to do there, Vitalik's territory is there. He started charging us for the garbage that someone left on the beach. Although we clean up even the smallest garbage after ourselves. I can't say for the Assir, because I didn't rest there. But judging by Vitali's attitude towards those who breathe on the beach, it is possible to draw conclusions about his attitude towards those who chose Assir as a vacation destination. Which is also confirmed by numerous negative reviews about this place. By the way, there is a dining room on the shore, which also belongs to this subject, there are also many negative reviews. We have seen this from our own experience. So think carefully when you choose this place to spend your vacation. The only plus is the cool nature.

Excellent campsite, eucalyptus trees grow on the territory. Hospitable hosts. The houses are new, with amenities, hot water 24 hours. A kitchen that has everything for cooking. The sea is within walking distance. There are thermal springs nearby. The air is clean. Peace and quiet. I recommend it to everyone! Come here and you won't regret it!!!!!

I was on vacation in Assir in August and I really liked everything. Nature, space, people, delicious vegan food, everything disposes to rest and connect with your soul. Idyll with nature, stunning sea, location near springs and the opportunity to visit excursions and communicate with people at the base.
Friendly and welcoming staff, everything here is conducive to relaxation and communication with like-minded people.
I thank Assir for everything and I will be happy to come here again

It was 09/10/2012. I really wanted to relax there. We met Vitaly and his wife. At first glance, they don't seem to be bad people, but this is only at first glance. After we agreed where we would put the tent, we decided to go to the beach and swim. My husband decided that it was better not to leave the car on the road and we went down to the beach by car. We were there for literally an hour. During this hour, the side window was smashed and 30,000 tr and the phone were pulled out. There weren't many people on the beach. Yes, it was already late in the evening, his employee was cleaning the beach.Naturally, we decided that it was not safe there. I wanted to leave there faster. We drove up to Vitaly and said that we would not stop at his place because for some reason we had to put a tent in his garden and there was such a fence, 0.5 meters high from the ground. As a result, for some reason Vitaly started to get hysterical and accuse us that We arrived in an expensive car and should have understood that such a thing could happen here. I was very surprised to be honest. This is not the first time in Abkhazia. I will say one thing - We will definitely not go there anymore, either in an expensive car or a cheap one. If Vitaly does not control what is happening on this beach (and this is his beach) then his reputation will only get worse. Sooner or later he will fly back. In many places we rested with tents, but nowhere have we seen such a dirty attitude. Well, okay, nothing - we will earn money and we will definitely come back to Abkhazia, but not to Vitaly. Since he knows everyone well and everyone knows him, nothing will happen to him there for sure.(As Vitaly told us, he has known all his employees for thousands of years. )And he knows for sure that they are not capable of stealing. Well, what can I say - Time will tell.

I was on a yoga tour with my daughter in July. Excellent tour base. The sea is clear, with eucalyptus trees. It's just amazing. Ridiculous, lots of greenery. There are a lot of insects, since they actually lived in the forest and it's cool. The food was very tasty, we overeated, the cook Natalia shared recipes. The admin greeted us at night like family, fed us, watered us, was very kind 🙏 There are springs nearby , thermal pools, the sea is very close and deserted, and the child's health has improved and mine too, by the way, there is a cafe nearby , we ate delicious khachapuri Stella. We'll come again.

The camp site in the brochures in the photo is presented as a single whole, but these are three different objects located next to each other. One base is small wooden houses, eucalyptus trees giving coolness on a hot day, in 2021. it was fully commissioned for a yoga tour. The second base is sunny with semi-detached houses, and the third is a cafe on the shore 300 meters from the previous two. The first one is good for camping, as we were going to settle down, but the owners did not warn us that it was occupied, and there was no shower with toilet. It was found on the second base, in a semi-finished form (the water was only cold), but the whole area is flooded with the sun all day, which does not have a life in a tent. The owners of the second base in partnership with the Abkhaz side are residents of Sochi. Thanks to them, hot water, shelves, hangers appeared in the shower at the base during our vacation; also a washing machine for vacationers, although they could only use it while the residents of Sochi were at the base, because after their departure, Ilona Vitaly's wife (Abkhazian owners), a rather arrogant lady, did not let them wash anymore. During our stay, the gas ran out in the morning (in Abkhazia it is bottled, and in Kyndyga they mostly rent housing with self-cooking), we had to wait for the gas cylinder to be replaced until late in the evening, when Ilona's no less arrogant daughter, Stella (the hostess of the cafe on the shore) appeared and measured it with the forces of men from among the vacationers. Since the owners do not live at any of the bases, the vacationers are on their own. That is, they brought you, showed you where you will live and goodbye. There is no question of any responsiveness or attention from the Abkhaz side, which I read about in the reviews about Assir. In response to any question or request, Ilona snapped softly through her teeth. And in the end, what completely spoiled my impression of the guest house was that three days before departure, one of the two refrigerators broke down, fortunately there were three families at the base at that time, and one was enough for everyone, but in three days no one showed up to fix the second one. Assir in translation is a miracle, but this one is still a miracle. Apart from the beautiful shore with eucalyptus trees, it has little to offer.

- you can not store food in the room (ants will start up), they also said not to use very much water, otherwise there may not be enough water for everyone (((There are no towels in the room (for a fee of 100 rubles a set) and there is also no mat in the bathtub, there are also no bathroom accessories to at least wipe the floor in take care of yourself and wash the sink((
- washing machine - for a fee, the ironing board was not seen at all((
- The shared refrigerator was not used, the cook said
that there was no place in the refrigerator, put it on the floor in the room and turn on the air conditioner (but what about the ants);

We had a vacation in September. The attitude is ambiguous:

But, the servers are very lame.Manager Julia sometimes does not fulfill her duties.
The attitude is indifferent and arrogant.
In one room, the air conditioner did not work, and it was never fixed.That's why people left earlier.
The rooms smell musty, they have never been cleaned. Linen is changed with a scandal. There are a lot of cobwebs, insects crawling. There is only one blanket in the room for two, they do not give a second one. The cook is wonderful, but
Several times there wasn't even enough bread. And Julia said that we eat too much. There was no playground for classes. The coach was deceived, passing off as a cafe site, where of course it was impossible to practice.
In general, I recommend going to Abkhazia, but not this campsite.

Terrible service, there was a cockroach in the salad. There are ants running around in the house, a bunch of cobwebs and spiders. The houses smell of mold. It is impossible to walk on the floor without shoes, there are a lot of dead Bugs and dust (especially under the bed). They treated us rudely, saying that if they had their way, they would have fed us air, not food.

Holes in the walls (plumbing outlet), from which insects run out (a snail crawled once). Ants ran out of the drain in the bathtub with food and ate something right there. There are bruises on the body after the mattress, terrible bed linen. Stains on the sheets. There is no worse place. I do not recommend it!!
